“Rising Sun” Beautiful 2 bedroom cottage" in the center of town-onsite parking!

The "Rising Sun Cottage at John Randall House" is a two bedroom, fully furnished condo. The cottage comes with parking, air conditioning, washer/dryer, a front deck with gas grill, a full kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, and much more. Recently renovated, this beautifully decorated home is part art gallery with a sophisticated boutique feel.

Just one block off Commercial Street with its art galleries, curio shops, cafĂ©s, gyms, fine dining and busy nightlife, the cottage’s location in the very center of town makes everything conveniently close by. Turn right out the front door and it’s a few short blocks to the famous Pilgrim Monument and the West End. Turn left, and you’re in the artistic East End. Rent a bike next door and ride to the beach. Enjoy fresh food from the Natural Market across the street. But best of all, the cottage’s secluded setting off the street provides a peaceful, quiet place to enjoy your vacation.

A delightful P Town cottage!!

My wife and I enjoyed both the hospitality of Don, plus the wonderful cottage he created. It felt like a home, plus a delightful retreat! which was spotless and delightfully furnished. Besides the accommodations, the location couldn't have been better. It is within a short walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities. We highly recommend and look forward to a return visit!

Kaleidoscope Cottage

This cottage was perfect, in every way. The minute you open the door and step inside you are instantly amazed. The decor is exquisite. Each room with eclectic artwork every where your eyes fall, discovering more as you explore each space. The living area is quite comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with all you need. The bedrooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The functionality of the property was excellent. We used our deck constantly and enjoyed grilling and having a drink or a snack in the garden area. Just a block away from Commercial Street, everything you need is at your fingertips. Don is a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to returning next year and hopefully in many years to come!

Perfect cottage close to heart of Provincetown

This is a great property, full of character and plenty of room for a family of four plus one dog. We walked to the shops, restaurants and beaches every day. I would definitely stay again.

Warm, spacious, quiet and well located cottage

We were very pleased with our stay in Provincetown. The "cottage" is very spacious and welcoming. After reviewing a number of properties on-line we liked the warmth and size of the cottage and were not disappointed. Internet - great, parking - great, Don is a wonderful host (could not be better), kitchen well equipped, air conditioned, location - short walk to Commercial Street and the public in-town beaches - really we were very happy and recommend this host and property.

Super comfortable, ultra convenient condo in the heart of Ptown

We've been going to Ptown every summer for nearly ten years. We've stayed in a number of different places in the East End over the years. Don was super helpful from check-in to check-out, so we got to focus on rest and relaxation during our stay. The condo was like staying in a home away from home -- spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. There were bonuses like a washer/dryer and a BBQ grill. And the location was perfect -- only a block from Commercial -- right in the heart of the Ptown. Shops, galleries, and restaurants are all right there. And being located behind the John Randall guesthouse, the evenings were quiet and peaceful. The cottage is a great choice when visiting Ptown -- we've already requested a repeat stay next summer.

Home away from home!!

This cottage was close enough to walk back and forth to the main streets, but far enough away to be secluded. We felt relaxed, comfortable and pretty much at home. Don was a gracious host, available when needed and accommodating. Next time we return, this most certainly be our home away from home.

Lovey quiet get away

We had a great time in Provincetown. Don was very welcoming and helpful answering our questions. His place was beautiful, clean, with a lovely front porch to sit and have morning coffee. We wouldn't hestiate to rent again.

Excellent cottage in a perfect location!

I stayed in cottage #2 at the John Randall house in September 2015. The property is located as "centrally" as you can be in PTown.....on Bradford, just one block up from the Ferry Dock. The decor of the unit made me feel "at home"....with surprisingly luxurious furnishings and amazing artwork. The manager/owners were extremely accommodating (don't get disappointed if they don't pick up the phone right away. Just leave a message and they'll get back to you asap.) Please know that the cottage is actually part of a 2-unit building that sits behind the main guest house. This gives you LOTS of privacy. Everything about this place is wonderful, but if I had to give one suggestion it would be additional counter/prep space in the kitchen. There seems to be room for a small, portable butcher block or prep table.....anyway....just being picky. Thank you guys for granting my last minute request for accommodations...it was a great stay!
