Staff was extremely rude. The air conditioner didnt work and after admitting that there were 6 available rooms, they would not move us to another room. They said we could speak to the manager. She dialed the number and handed the phone to us. Of course no answer. She said we could talk to him the next day. Which ment i had to stay in a room with no air conditioner and it was 100 degrees outside. I had to go book another room somewhere else and they would not refund my money! NEVER AGAIN!
