1. No working AC in room 2. Pipes vibrating in bathroom wall all night 3. Used bandaids on floor of pool room 4. Faucet in tub didn’t shut all the way off 5. Bathroom door handle broken and nub very sharp Asked to speak with manager and front desk person lied and said they weren’t there for me to figure out manager was sitting right there and did not speak up when I asked for them. I would not stay here for free Have video of everything and no help from hotel or customer service.

Not so good: The beds are very small and very lumpy/well used. Not big enough for two unless you are a couple. We asked for cot and bedding so our third person could sleep on the floor. They didnt have a cot but did provide with exyra bedding. The walls are so thin you hear EVERYTHING! Both the AC and the refrigerator are loud but did run just fine. Also, the room literally shakes when next door takes a shower. The good: was very clean, bathroom was roomy, breakfast options were plentiful (waffles, scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, cereals, bagels, etc.) Indoor pool was nice even though the jets in the hot tub didnt really work. I would not stay here again, next time time Id try the comfort inn suites next door.

The rooms were great! However, the continental breakfast was a not up to their usual standard. A bus was there and the breakfast bar was wiped out and never replenished nor cleaned up. We subsequently didn’t have any food to eat. The night check in was helpful and nice, the day clerk was unpleasant and wouldn’t even look up from the computer to help. I will stay there again because of past experience but if persists I will move onto other places.

After being in the room for about 5 minutes I started sneezing and eyes itching horribly. EWe obviously were given a room that pets were allowed. There were large scratch marks on doors and walls from I’m assuming dogs that had stayed in the room. There was visible filth on the walls and doors from I’m assuming animals. We also had ants in the room all over the inside of our window and I woke up a few times to a couple ants on me and my pillow. The window looked like it had smear marks all over from animal noses on it. The couch cushions had several stains on them as well. The pool was fine and kids had fun there. Everything looked like it needed a good cleaning.

The room was not very clean. Hair in the shower, flakes of paint we think on the bathroom floor. Bathroom floor was sticky. Room was absolutely freezing when we came in. Pool is very ran down. The concert needs redone, and the hottub was foggy, and lots of hair.
