Sundance Resort posted about this unit being their most nicely appointed home. Located less than a mile away from its restaurants, hikes, mountain biking, spa, art studio and shops. It is the perfect choice for a family and friends getaway, business meeting or outdoor enthusiast. The studio downstairs is also available for rent if you wanted extra room.


The high ceilings are complemented by the floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a view of the outdoors. Bright living room features plenty of seating space to enjoy a game night around the remote controlled fireplace. Flat screen TV offers cable and Netflix as well as other streaming platforms.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, range oven, coffee and tea, blender, toaster and more! Dining table seats 6 people and the kitchen island has 4 counter stools.

4 bedrooms with one king-size bed, one queen bed, 2 full beds and one twin bed with luxury linens. Master bedroom opens to the patio with seating area and propane fire pit. 3 full bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap and toilet paper.
Pack'n Play with baby mattress and sheets can be found in the closet, as well as a high chair.

Outdoor area includes picnic table, grill, propane fire pit surrounded by chairs and lounging chairs. Relax after a long day in the outdoors, with the Sundance Aspen Spa - 800 Series. This spa truly has the best of everything, including patented Fluidix jets and illuminated grab bars. The therapy seat delivers a deep immersion massage experience.

Free parking, up to 3 cars plus one for the studio. Max occupancy is 7 adults. No more than 9 total occupancy including children.
