We stayed here for a week in April 2026 and absolutely loved it. I was extremely impressed with this townhouse. It was large and spacious, nicely decorated, and felt very upscale. Having your own garage to park in was super convenient, and the location was great, in the middle of Provo, close to the temple, and right across the street from Smith's grocery store. The kitchen was extensively supplied with every possible implement, plus you have a full-size washer and dryer, so you can live comfortably just like in your own home. I wish we had stayed longer.

This place was amazing. Perfect location. Clean. Kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed, as we cooked every meal here for almost a week. Grocery store directly across the street. The only thing to note is that the 4th bedroom is on the ground level, and you have to climb two flights of stairs to get to a full bathroom. So just be aware of that. We would definitely rent this place again for future stays.

Clean house, easy check in. I loved that all the sleeping areas were on a different floor from the main floor. Across the street from a grocery store and only a couple blocks from all the great shops and restaurants. Plenty of cookware and seasonings which is amazing!
