La gente que sube las maletas a la habitación y reciben los autos para estacionarlos son super amables y serviciales, en mostrador me toco cuando hice mi check in un joven que fue amable nada espectacular pero amable, sin embargo los días posteriores estaban en recepción dos diferentes chicas que les falta muchisimo servicio al cliente, un par de ocasiones las encontré con otras personas platicando y comiendo en la recepción, el hotel necesita renovaciones se siente y se ve muy viejo, un elevador dejo de funcionar. Hay otras opciones por el mismo precio en mejores condiciones, creo que si en recepcion hubieran estado mas al pendiente y fueran mas amables se podrian pasar por alto algunos detalles. No hay clima en los cuartos y en la noche se encierra el calor en la habitación. el agua de lavamanos huele muy mal. En el Bar no habia nadie estuve esperando que llegaran a atenderme y tuve que salir a preguntar por el barman, pedi un carajillo que parecia agua, el barman amable pero estaba ocupado realizando otras actividades y nos desatendia, le falta capacitacion. Nada que ver con el aristos que conocí hace varios años.

DECADENCIA QUE DEMERITA LA VENTAJA DE ESTAR EN EL CENTRO. Baños sucios y malolientes; camas duras y almohadas boludas; cortinas sucias y rotas que no cubren toda la ventana, así no se puede descansar; NO TIENE ALBERCA, lo que tiene es un chapoteadero con agua turbia y fría que ponen en servicio dependiendo de un sinfín de factores al azar y su acceso es verdaderamente complicado. Los valet parking son amables, pero duermen en los autos; el teléfono no tiene línea y el hotel en si huele raro. DECEPCIONANTE. NO REGRESO!
