Late arrival for an overnight stay, no problems! Pre-check-in online was available, but I didn't have a scan of my DL to submit, so this was taken at the counter. The attendant was nice to find me a room that had not had pets for two weeks -- I didn't realize it was a 'pet friendly' hotel. Nonetheless, room 242 was clean, fresh-smelling, and warm. Bed was fine, movies were available. Good price, Great!

1. Room smelled like cigarettes for the whole time 2. I was there( I paid smoke free room), animal hairs everywhere (I paid free from pet room) 3. I started for 6 days and nobody came to clean the room, not even once. 4. Receptionist where rude from the beginning of check-in

Check in was difficult, they almost rejected my stay because I carry a digital wallet. The front desk supervisor also said no food in the room yet there is a fridge in the room. Electrical hazards present, and was reported to the fire marshall, broken appliances as well.

Room was less than desirable but it filled a need. The front desk person was amazing he was very helpful. Breakfast was plain and very few choices. I would stay again if the need came about.
