This newly renovated property is located in a very quiet residential building with beautiful gardens and heated swimming pool. It is located in the exclusive area of tranquility and comfort.
The flat offers everything you need for a pleasant stay, with a small garden where you can relax, work with your laptop in the open air, or sunbathe on the sun loungers. Families with children are equally welcome, who are sure to enjoy the complex's fantastic swimming pool.

It consists of a bedroom with large windows to the terrace, a bathroom, a cosy living room, where there is a sofa bed and an open kitchen. The living room and the bedroom open onto a terrace with dining table and sun loungers.

The flat is beautifully decorated, creating a cosy and elegant atmosphere. There is a flat-screen Smart TV with apps for all ages, giving you the possibility to enjoy a wide variety of content and entertainment during your stay.
Our accommodation is in a quiet neighbourhood in the Taoro Park area and situated only one kilometre from the nearest beach (Playa de Martiánez) and the famous salt water swimming pools (Lago Martiánez), designed by the renowned artist César Manrique. There are restaurants, cafes and shops fairly close by, although most are in the town centre. The accommodation does not have private parking, but it is not difficult to find parking in the surrounding area.
