It’s not a 5 star hotel…hotel wouldn’t supply an iron/ironing board saying it was safety when so many other hotels do but instead wanted you to use their laundry service. It was mid 30s outside yet air con was fixed to 22 degrees meaning the rooms stayed warm…bathroom toiletries were cheap mini plastic bottles…no plug for sink…rooms were very tired. Staff in bar and restaurant were friendly enough which was a saving grace but overall no more than a 3-4 star hotel which was clearly cutting corners to save money at the expense of guest comfort.

We loved this beautiful place - very retro kind of art deco look to it. An older resort, still beautiful, spacious, beautiful throughout and lovely grounds and pool. Staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the included breakfast and dinners. Very good food, varied large buffet style choices. The pool was warm and very enjoyable, lots of lounges, umbrellas and towels. Some paths through the grounds for walking. Our room was clean, very convenient, looked over a garden, large tub and shower. We received complimentary water and chocolates upon arrival, turn down chocolates first night, and a plate of cookies night before discharge. Very quiet neighborhood, about a 20 minute walk into the town. Housekeeping staff always had the room made up promptly in the morning. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay. Air conditioning was top notch. Breakfast & Dinner were 5 star. Staff were obviously very well managed and trained. I would have thought we were at a 5 star restaurant. WiFi was strong and fast. Would definitely stay here again!!

Room was great, view of the pool. The staff was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast buffet was great. Also ordered off the dinner menu steak which was wonderful. Highlight of our trip and of course the falls were exceptional

Pasamos fin de año en el Hotel Falls Iguazú y nos recibieron con gran amabilidad y excelencia en el servicio. Destaco la cordialidad de todo el personal, la limpieza no solo de la habitación sino de todas las instalaciones, tanto el desayuno como la cena están incluidos en la estadía y el servicio es buffet, la verdad es que fue muy variado y sabroso, al igual que los almuerzos en el bar que se encuentra junto a la piscina. Volvería a elegir este hotel para mi próxima estadía en Iguazú.

FOOD IS 1-STAR. Large comfortable and clean room. Breakfast and dinner buffet looks great, but quality is poor and food is tasteless. Would have preferred a la carte with a better quality of options. POOL 2-STAR, area looks great but pools were half full, and murky water. Did not inspire to swim.

Um hotel muito bom para famílias

O hotel me surpreendeu. Impressionante como os argentinos são preparados para receberem bem. Os funcionários têm uma elegância diferenciada, o que faz com que o hotel seja melhor do que os de mesmo nível no Brasil. As instalações são boas, tem piscina, academia, recreação, sauna, SPA e tudo muito pertinho, o que torna seguro de as crianças circularem para brincar. O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo. O ambiente é calmo, mesmo sendo um hotel médio para grande. As refeições são boas. O ruim é passar a fronteira, razão pela qual esse hotel somente será adequado se a pessoa deseja ficar na Argentina e não passar todo dia para o Brasil. No nosso caso a gente quis ter a experiência de ficar em Puerto Iguazu, almoçarmos nos restaurantes de lá e adoramos!

I gave this an average review because of its 5 star rating which rather over-sells the establishment. Everything was ok. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds where everything worked. Also good WiFi throughout. Bedroom AC was too noisey so we turned it off the second night. Great swimming pool but needs new tiling. Breakfast just about acceptable but get a taxi and eat dinner in town. One bottle of water each for the whole duration of your stay is no more than 2 star.
