3 Bed 3 Bath Casa del Sol By FMI Rentals

Casa del Sol is a 2 story Ocean View home with 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and is located less than 300 feet from the Beach.
As you enter the home you will find two bedrooms with queen size bed in each one and two full size baths.
Each bedroom has a sliding glass door patio entrance with views of the ocean. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom suite (king size bed) and has its own bath and two private balconies.
One balcony has views of the Las Conchas dunes; the other balcony provides incredible views of the Sea of Cortez.
The Great Room has large windows which provides views of the Sea of Cortez its great place to watch the sunrise and sunset also has SAT TV. The Great Room accesses a large outdoor deck, which is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset.
There is also a 3rd story "margarita deck" located on the top of the house that provides magnificent views of Las Conchas.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave and there is also a gas BBQ outside for your use.
We are certain that you will find Casa del Sol to be a dream vacation destination.

I could live in this house.

First impression: immaculately clean, and I’m the one who always spots the errant hair and sand in the corner of the bathroom floor. None to be found! Second impression: The layout of this house is absolutely delightful and super functional. Upon entering on the ground floor, you find two bedrooms, each with beautiful broad windows and doors to the outside facing the ocean, plus en suite bathrooms. Follow a gently curving staircase up to the living area and 180* views of unfettered Las Conchas scenery. Windows galore—nearly floor to ceiling— make you feel like you’re in a fish bowl without compromising on privacy. The domed brick ceiling, kitchen open to the living and dining areas, excellent fireplace, expansive patio, and Master bedroom with doors on either end of the room private bathroom and walk in closet?! Heaven. Like I said, I could totally live here.

Check in with FMI Rentals was super easy , the girl was really nice and so was the guy when we checked out . The house was beyond perfect it’s beautiful . We all felt really safe , we’ll definitely be coming back thank you

Love the view

We really love the view having breakfast in the morning, and be fresh all day inside the house, nice neighbors and a really good service on repair or claims, the blender wasn't working and I call and they send another one in less than 20 minutes

The location is great. I will look for a more updated home for my next stay in the area.

The house needs updated appliances (the knob for cooling the refrigerator is broken and had to use a butter knife to make the refrigerator colder. The furniture is old. The stair access to the rooftop was closed, as the stairs are collapsing. The paint around the home and ceiling in the patio are peeling and pieces of paint were on the floor. Not enough towels were left for the amount of guests staying.
