Casa Arco Iris Brand New 2-Story Spacious Home Cholla Bay Ocean Front

Two story Casa Arco Iris resides right on the water in Cholla Bay, just beyond Rocky Point. A real Mexican beach house, Casa Arco Iris is full of color, warm tile work, and windows with views of the ever changing waters of the bay just outside.

Natural wood and Mexican tile make the kitchen a homey place to create meals. Stainless fridge, stove, and all needed small appliances complete this kitchen, which is part of the main living area. Wrought iron bar stools sit at the counter for casual dining.

Cozy over stuffed leather sofas and chairs make up the living area, complete with entertainment center with a TV and DVD player included.

Downstairs, you will find a beautiful blue bedroom with a Queen sized bed, and custom double door closet and room darkening shades. The bathroom here features a hand crafted Mexican tile shower stall that is full of charm.

The master bedroom upstairs is a pale green with a queen sized wrought iron bed. Bay views and a tiled walk in shower are here in the master bathroom. Another bedroom. painted peach has a queen bed and it's bathroom features a glass block shower. The home comes with 2 additional cots for extra guests as well. There is a garage and a washer dryer too.

All of the rooms have individual AC, and ceiling fans are placed throughout the home. Terrific views of off the upper deck set this home apart from the rest.

Please be advised that before heading to the property, you must stop by our office to pick up the keys.

The host Victor R. at CasaGo did the best he could in a ridiculous situation.No internet, broke oven, no grill, broken storm shutters in 3 bedrooms no heat in one of the bedrooms. Full day spent dealing with Mexican speaking repairs men.Most importantly THIS HOUSE IS OLD! It’s advertised as a “ new build”. That is a lie.

This house is truly beachfront with all the accompanying stunning views & an almost private beach area nestled in the rocks. This was a great house for a large group & we would definitely rent here again.

Great spot

Nice quiet house right on the water. Loved the location. the main area of the house is very nice and the kitchen is great even though we never used it. However the downside to this house was the sewer pump went out and sewage flooded the downstairs shower. they fixed the pump however never cleaned up the sewage from the backup. that was not good and could not use that shower any more. the only other thing i would say to the owner would be to invest in some good bedding and mattresses for this house and it would be nice if there was more than two towels in this entire house.

Cholla Bay Trip

We had a great stay! This house is ideally situated on the bay allowing you to watch the tide roll in and out. The rooftop terrace is amazing and allows for spectacular views. It’s in a very quiet, tucked away area with easy access to the beach. The layout is great and accommodating for our family. We look forward to our next visit!

Water far from the house during tides

House is big and clean. It has 4 rooms, three rooms have queen size beds in them and fourth bedroom had two bunk beds (can sleep 4 adults). House is aboutp 6miles west of Las Palomas resorts in the very safe and quiet neighborhood of big custom homes owned mostly by people from Arizona. It's very quiet and does not have many people on the beach. The only downside is that the beach on which house is located gets very muddy/dirty/full of weeds during tides. When we arrived we expected water close to the house as shown on the picture. However tide pulled back 300-400 yards, it was very far to the water and not pleasant to walk as there was lot of weeds. Other beaches,.like the ones by Las Palomas resorts are nicer as during tide water does not pool back that far and when it pools beach is still clean/no weeds. We ended up going to the beach close to Las Palomas resorts. It was cleaner and water was surprisingly warmer than by the house.

Vacation House

This property is located in a wonderful part of Cholla Bay. The house was clean but a little tired. There were a number of maintenance items that need to be addressed asap such as the broken shower, leaking refrigerator, roof leak over second floor bathroom and the guests prior to us had broken the screen door. The also do not mention that there is not a septic system so you cannot flush any toilet paper down the toilet which we found very inconvenient. We loved the location and the view/access to the bay.

Wonderful, clean, cozy and very private place

We had a very good time at casa arcoiris, we went there to celebrate my wife's birthday and had an amazing time, we were 8 adults and my 2 small chihuahua dogs, each couple had their own bedroom, we really enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean we really appreciate that! and we also loved that is very private and comfortable right on the beach front , we would definitely stay here again.

Great cost house on Cholla Bay

Loved this house on the beach of Cholla bay. Originally we had some technical difficulties with the door but it just so happened the owner saw and came right over and helped, she was awesome. Definitely would stay here again!

Family vacation

When we got there we had to turn on all the brakers along with the water which i think someone from management needs to go with the client to make sure everything gets turn on correctly. We had to call the office after our 5th time we finally got a hold of someone from the office, this was at 5pm the maintance guy came at 7pm and that was because i called again to see what was going on. Also the minisplit from the green room we couldn’t turn on because remote wasn’t working we tried with other remotes and none worked for that room we were there since friday left sunday and the guy to come fix the minisplit never showed up so we had to open the sliding door for that room day and night. Also one of the stairs tile is broken and to me its a safety hazard because i have a 2 year old and a 4year old. Next time i won’t stay at a house with that kind of money i could’ve stayed at a hotel with better service.

Property has major maintenance issues

Dead cockroaches in kitchen drawers. Broken dishwasher, ripped up couches, 1 A/C unit would periodically make horrible noises waking up the whole house, broken shelves, ceiling cracking and stained from apparent water leaks. One of the bathrooms light did not work (looked like it had at one time caught on fire) and therefore could not use that bathroom without a flashlight. Also there are shutters over two of the bedroom patios but the mechanism that is supposed to open them was ripped out of wall making them impossible to open.
