BEACHFRONT HOME WITH OCEANFRONT JACUZZI IN LAS CONCHAS, ROCKY POINT – Casa Zillori is a beautifully renovated and expanded beachfront home in the exclusive Las Conchas community of Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico. This designer-inspired retreat offers comfort, privacy, and unbeatable ocean views, with 4 private bedroom suites comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests.
BEDROOMS – Four private bedroom suites offer cozy, well-appointed accommodations, ideal for families or groups wanting personal space and restful nights by the sea.
INDOOR FEATURES – A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a wood-burning fireplace, Wi-Fi, DirectTV, and both U.S. and Mexican landlines. Two full-size washers and dryers are available, and the open, warm layout encourages easy gathering and relaxation.
ENTRANCE – Guests are welcomed through an enclosed courtyard with a fountain, outdoor cooking space, and a large bougainvillea tree adding charm and color to your arrival.
OUTDOOR SPACES – The true highlight: an ocean-facing patio with a private whirlpool jacuzzi tub, a charcoal grill, and a wood-burning firepit (bring your own charcoal and firewood, or purchase locally), plus a dining table and lounge chairs — perfect for sunsets and star-filled skies right on the Sea of Cortez. The home sits directly on the beach, just steps from the water.
AMENITIES – Kayaks and life jackets are provided for guest use, along with drinking water. Pets are welcome for a $75 fee per pet; smoking is not permitted inside.

Absolutely Gorgeous

We had a wonderful time spending our family Thanksgiving trip at Casa Zillori. It was four of us and our 3 large pups. Everything was as described and perfect spot right on the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

Couldn't have been better!

We stayed here for a business retreat. Four people, so it was perfect with the layout of the rooms, the large living/dining area and the patio with fire pit. We enjoyed our stay and will return in July for our mid-year retreat!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home as described and pictured. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, very comfortable beds and pillows. Use of washer & Dryer is very handy, lots of parking and even use of garage! Dogs can get to the road and beach from back yard, so use caution there. Comfortable furniture, great layout, well appointed kitchen and all appliances work and are fairly new. A few items needed attention and Oceano was quick to respond and went out of their way to see we were taken care of. Hard to find a home this nice that accepts pets and awesome that 100% of rental proceeds go to Barb’s Dog Rescue. We will rent this home again without hesitation.

The home is in terrific condition. We rented it 3 years ago and the home had been maintained well over the past few years. We would prefer triple sheeting over the bed spreads but other than that this home is a perfect 10.

Master shower did not have hot water,the bedroom to the left. Handle didnt go all the way to hot. Kitchen faucet was VERY hard to turn off. Frustrating. The shells in the back yard removes any yard to the beach.

Perfect place to unwind

This is one of the most relaxing beach homes we have stayed in. Area is quiet and safe. The home is very comfortable, perfect size for our family of five. Our dog had the best time of all of us - we let him run freely on the long stretch of uncrowded beach with fine sand and warm water. We will certainly be back.

Our stay was amazing, we have been to Rocky Point so many times and always stayed at the resorts. This was our first at a home in Las Conchas, the house made it so amazing and is absolutely beautiful. We will no doubt be back and will stay at the Casa Zilori. New Las Conchas Favorite!

We've stayed in several Las Conchas properties, and this was our favorite! The view and access to the beach was awesome. We were able to stay on the covered back patio and enjoy the beach ALL DAY without having to mess with taking an umbrella or canopy down to the beach. The beach was sandy without all of the coral that is present farther up the beach. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We'll be staying there again!

A literal dreamy beach house compound

The eight of us had a wonderful weekend at this massive Beachhouse with instant access to the ocean and beautiful views all day long. There were even kayaks available to use which was fun to try. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies to prepare our own food. The air conditioning worked well to cool down during a hot, humid weekend. Would love to go back!!

Cozy and beautiful relaxing stay!

This home is beautiful and was such a cozy stay. Construction of the seawall was going on but they reached out to me before and offered another home. I still decided to take my chances and I am so glad we did - the workers were very respectful and not in the way outdoors. The home has everything, books, games, beautiful outdoor porch to relax on lounging chairs and enjoy the beach. Allowing dogs is an added bonus. Beds were comfortable and every room has its own restroom. I will definitely consider this rental again! Thank you Casa Zillori for a wonderfully great stay!
