You’ll love all the attention to detail in this newly remolded condo. Come enjoy our bright and beautiful ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 full baths... oceanfront resort with stunning views from almost every room through ceiling to floor glass sliding doors. Located in the highly and luxuries BELLA SIRENA RESORT. Modern kitchen with granite counter-tops, full size stain steel appliances including washer n dryer and huge breakfast bar. Large patio with plenty of seating for dinning and relaxing.
BBQ grill and huge patio deck with TV and outdoor speakers. Just a few steps from the pools, Jacuzzi and resort restaurant (pool bar).
You can have up to 6 guest comfortable and any extra guest will have to pay $30 extra per night (we need prior arrangement and a few days notice to add an extra guest).

Bella Serena is a beautiful resort with direct access to the beach. There are several pools, a swim up bar and a small poolside restaurant where you can enjoy a quick bite to eat. This condo is conveniently located on the 1st floor with very close access to a swimming pool, spa a quick walk to beach and swim up bar. The walk to each area is full of beautiful vegetation and green grass. The condo is clean and the beds are very comfortable! The hosts communication is excellent and the ease of checking in and out was excellent. This is our second time staying here and I highly recommend it!!

Another great stay at Rocky Point

This condo was very nice. The condo has everything you need: Two beach chairs, rolling cooler, boggie board. Large shade tent, beach towels, table top fire pit, bbq grill. Easy access off the super awesome back patio. You will love this place. Split floor plan with your own access to the back patio from your bedroom.

Wonderful experience

Beautiful property, owner was very responsive any time we had questions. The owner also provided other additional beach items such as chairs (adult and children), towels, umbrellas, cooler, and a wagon that REALLY came in handy taking everything to the beach. My wife has a high standard for cleanliness, and this property met all her needs. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful resort and lovely condo

Overall this condo was fantastic for our family of 5. It had all the things we needed and was a nice space. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Location is great but it is at the far end away from the beach. Resort itself was lovely. Cons: extra "beds" are air mattresses, master shower head was broken, water pressure was very low and water didn't get hot. I would stay here again for sure!
