THIS UNIT IS A FULL THREE BEDROOM WITH EACH BEDROOM HAVING ITS OWN BATH.
Las Palomas is a luxurious, 342-acre, gated, master-planned resort community featuring many 5 star amenities including breath taking views and miles of white sandy beach on the Sea of Cortez just steps from the Condominium, beachfront living, championship golf, two fine dining restaurants (one already awarded AAA 4 stars), fitness center, mini grocery/gift shop, underground parking, a spectacular pool area featuring a negative edge pool with a waterfall and swim-up bar, a lazy river, water slide, water features, a walk-out beach with cabanas and poolside drink and food service.

Ideally located on Sandy Beach, Las Palomas is far enough away from the city to avoid the crowds yet close enough (5 or 10 minutes) to go shopping and to dine.
Our three bedroom, three bath condo has over 2600 square feet of luxury, including the balconies. Quartz countertops, floor to ceiling travertine though out condo, including bathrooms. Laundry room with full sized washer/dryer. The living room has a 65” FLATSCREEN LCD HDTV SMART TV with a DVD. Each bedroom has a Flatscreen LCD HDTV. The condo is professionally decorated with all new furnishings and appliances. Internet TV broadcasts both Phoenix local and Spanish language broadcasts. The dining room can seat 8 people plus the indoor kitchen bar allows for seating for an additional 4 people. The front balcony has an unobstructed view of the beautiful pools and ocean. The back balcony has unobstructed view of the 18 hole Championship golf course. The kitchens has sliding pass-thru windows that open up to an outdoor bar with 4 additional bar stools. We have Internet with a desk top computer. Wireless is available for your Labtop in the Condo, and wireless though out Las Palomas

Very Disappointed

The condo was great. However, prior to booking I exchanged a few messages with the owner. Not once did they tell me the pools were shut down and being upgraded. Had to walk over to phase I to enjoy the pool and drink/food service.

My husband and I stayed with our adult kids. Condo was super spacious and the views of the pool and beach were gorgeous. Even though we didn't cook in, the kitchen facilities were great. The resort itself is very nice and kept so clean.

Best of the Best

Finding accommodations for three couples is usually difficult at Las Palomas because all three couples want an en suite bathroom and king beds. This condo is not only beautiful, but it filled everyone’s needs. It’s comfy, well-stocked, and the views of the Sea of Cortez unbelievable. We’ll be back.

Family Vacation

Great for big families! My 4 siblings and I all rented a place for our families and it was nice to all be together but each have our own space. The pools were clean and fun for the kids and adults. Bring your own tube for the lazy river. The towel service was nice too.

Adult Birthday Celebration

Check in was very easy, they supplied us all with resort wrist bands for pool access. Condo was clean and cold AC, beautiful beach view from balcony. Weather in early September was pretty humid would recommend going more in the fall/winter season. Overall loved our trip. Thank you.

This is a beautiful and well cared for condo. The views are spectacular. Maid service daily. The ocean side patio is especially nice. Lots of time spent watching the ocean and catching a nice breeze. Thanks to those who mentioned needing a wagon…saved us many trips to the car.

Great Place !!!!!

This was an ideal place for our family of 6. The resort offered several amenities that we took advantage of including a gym, coffee shop, convenience store, bbq area and a number of pool activities. The room itself was spotless, roomy and had everything you could look for a family our size to enjoy the beach and pool then have a place to cool off eat. Views were amazing especially in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee and looking over the ocean. There was a small hiccup with the town's water that was quickly resolved, and the hosts were quick to respond and provide additional information to us as it became available addressing any concerns we had. Check-in was a breeze, plenty of parking and felt safe the entire trip. Will definitely be back! Thank you for a great vacation!

Amazing Grad Weekend

We stayed here to celebrate my daughter graduating high school and my son getting his associates degree. The place was beautiful. The unit was so large and perfect for our family. The beds were all incredibly comfortable, it was nice having bathrooms in each room so we didnt have to wait for anyone at the end of the day. The views were amazing. There was enough seating for all of us to hang out and play a few games in the evenings too. The elevators were quick so being on an upper floor didn't bother my family at all. We would definitely stay here again when coming back. Thank you Roger and Jan!

You couldn’t ask for anything more. Unit is remarkable. Felt like home and treated it like such. Las Palomas resort is a number one family facility. Lots to do And enjoy. Once there, no need to leave for recreational activities. Will definitely return.
