Best Experience Ever!

We stayed here to celebrate my friends and my wife’s birthday and we had an absolute blast! With our backyard being right on the beach, the views were more than breath taking. The host was always readily available when I had any questions and was very kind. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about my stay here in Puerto Peñasco! Highly Reccomend this place!

Excellent time spent! House met all our needs, from easy access to beach (as you are literally right there), friendly community, helpful staff, and just an amazing trip. I will definitely be checking availability for this house when planning to head down to Puerto Peñasco again!

Awesome Stay

We had a wonderful timje during our stay at Villa Emilia. The location and the views of the sea were incredible. And really enjoyed the hot tub watching the sun set. Wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend Diego's Tiki Bar for meals.

Great Place!

There were a couple of issues with the house that the owner fixed quickly. The check in process took awhile due to a lot of people wanting to check in at the same time. We all really enjoyed our stay and will certainly rebook in the future.

Perfect Location, Needs some maintenance

POSITIVES: The house location and layout are amazing. The property manager/owner is very responsive and has a great maintenance guy. He needs it. NEGATIVES: The house in general needs some serious cosmetic maintenance. The years of renting are showing everywhere. Baseboards are rotting out, paint bubbling/peeling inside and out. Cabinet doors are loose/falling apart. The table centerpiece (water/fish bowl vase thing) had beer caps, bugs and dirty water in it. Doors and walls near high use areas were filthy. Certain shutters not working at different times throughout stay. Spiral staircase had a support post loose, and a broken cable at the top (safety issue). The electrical is weird throughout the house, for example the microwave is NOT on its own breaker and had other outlets in the kitchen tied to it, so if you run the microwave and have something else tied to one of the outlets it will flip the breaker. Those are to just name a few. Basic things you would think would be taken care of for any house, not just a "high-end" beach rental.

Amazing House

This is the best property at Casa Diamonte! Our family enjoyed the beach during the day and hot tub at night. The home is beautiful in every way and the location is wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better house!

Right on the beach. Gated with security. Hot tub positioned perfectly to see the pier and the sunset. House is AMAZING! has every amenity you would want in a beach home. Automatic security roll ups on every window and door. Perfectly located on sandy beach. close to bars, restaurants, resorts, quad rentals. Deserves 10 stars !!!!!

Doesn't get much better than this

Check in process was amazingly simple. Communication with the owner was excellent. He even checked in several times to see if here was anything else he could do or if we had any questions, Most importantly . . .location, location, location. Right on a beautiful beach. Which makes it so much easier when traveling with 2 young kids Don't have to lug all their stuff down to the beach just to have to pack it up in 45 minutes when they're bored and want to go home, It's conveniently located just beyond some large resorts which meant we weren't consumed in the sea of their tents and awnings. furniture was comfortable. Ample kitchen supplies so we could cook rather than eat out most days. Hot tub was a nice plus. Only thing to be aware of is the numerous stairs throughout the house even between rooms. It can be tricky to navigate for older family members or young ones that are still new to walking. All in all no complaints. Will definitely be staying here again

Right On The Beach

This is our 2nd time staying in this home. We love that there is a security gate so we feel safe. The home itself is really nice and the layout is perfect. The big windows along the backside of the house provide the perfect view of the ocean. The beach is right in the backyard. It isn't crowded and there are vendors who are really nice and not pushy. We really enjoyed our trip again Thanks Boan!
