Sorry but won't stay in that condo again

The condo wasn't clean, dirty floors, dirty bathroom. Ran out of paper towels. Wash clothes stained. Light falling off fan in bedroom.

Disappointing

Reception and exterior of building are well maintained but thats about it. Our Room was in desperate need of a little tlc not to mention the tub was dangerous and in needs repair or replacing as was the pull out couch. We had to purchase an air mattress for our children to sleep on, the blankets provided were dirty and smelled of dirty feet. I attempted to wash them but washer/ dryer in unit were small and the dryer made the worst noise and took 2 hours to dry 1 small blanket. I asked reception if housekeeping could wash them for me they never did. The majority of the kiten utensils and cookware were rusty old cracked and burned. The kitchen sink does not work properly, the bathroom door was broken and one patio chair outside was ripped. Security harrassed my husband for rinsing his feet at the outside shower after a night stroll on the beach because it was after 10pm we just wanted to get the sand off our feet. Anytime you complained at reception about things that are broken or dirty they place blame to someone else instead of fixing the situation. Overall im extremely dissatisfied with our experience with the condo we got I would not recommend it. I wasted over 6 hours washing and drying blankets for my children to at least have clean bedding on 2nd and 3rd night, time I could have spent out on the beach or out enjoying my vacation.
