Enjoy this lovely two bedroom two bathroom condominium located at the Marina Pinacate Resort, right in the middle of the action at the end of 13 Street with in walking distance from the famous Sandy Beach, as well as restaurants and bars in the area. Located on the forth floor with a cozy living room area with a big screen TV, private Wi-Fi, and sofa sleeper, a fully equipped kitchen complete with cooking basics such as pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The master bedroom has a beautiful ocean view with a comfortable king size bed and TV set, with a private bathroom, and the guest bedroom has a double size bed and TV set, with direct access to the bathroom, one air mattress in the living room. The condo has an amazing ocean view from the private balcony, and an easy walk to the communal areas of the resort.
In the Resort you can enjoy one large communal pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, children's pool, jacuzzi, gym, lounge, volleyball net, grills, palapas, 24 hours security and one free parking space.
