Let's Go! This is a PREMIUM NEW TO RENTAL POOL CONDOMINIUM, located in the Phase 1, Rubi 403 at Las Palomas. It is tastefully decorated with all amenities, the kitchen if fully stocked, the living room and both bedrooms provide 55” Flat Screen Smart TVs. The best yet, both bedrooms face the pool area with view into the beautiful Sea of Cortez. For our little guests this unit offers an extra bedroom with a single bed which makes it a 3 Bdrm for the price of a 2 Bdrm. The sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping accommodation. You will love this new to rental pool unit but see for yourself by visiting the provided Photo Gallery.
Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is the largest master planned resort in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point) and the PLACE TO BE. It offers an on-site reception, Bellboy Service, a series of Pools, Hot Tubs, Lazy Rivers, a Waterslide for our little (and large) guests, Pool Towel Service, Poolside and Palapas Lounge Chairs with optional face shield. A Swim-Up-Bar servicing the pool and palapas areas.

No Refunds for no show or early departure.
No refunds in case of eviction - ZERO tolerance policy.

Perfect vacation

The property was great beach just past pool kids loved it beach water was nice and warm in September at low tide we looked for shells and crabs etc bring a tube for the pool slide for kids or to go around the pool long one this was are first time to rocky point I’m 49 I wished I didn’t find excuses not to go before. No problems will go again

Beware, HOST FORGOT TO SECURE OUR DATES

With disgust and concern, I must recount the ordeal my family and I endured due to the negligence of our host, Veronica. She completely forgot to secure our reservation, and upon arrival, we were not found in the system. Exhausted and frustrated, my family spent a grueling two hours in the lobby with no response from the host. Our attempts to contact VRBO customer service resulted in over an hour on hold. When we finally reached them, it took an unbearably long time for them to contact the host. My wife approached the concierge, Mr. Juan B. (I regret forgetting his last name), a very kind gentleman who informed us that our reservation was never entered because the host forgot. Mind you, we had booked over a month in advance. To make matters worse, the unit had been booked two days into our stay, meaning we would have had to move regardless. Juan eventually found us a smaller room for one night while the host attempted to rectify the situation. As we were settling in, the host had the audacity to text and ask what I wanted to do. I provided my cell number, requesting a call, which never came. The next day, we were forced to vacate our room again. Finally, the host contacted the front desk and arranged for us to be accommodated, but only for three of the four nights. Consequently, we had to move yet again. A day and a half of our vacation wated. While we have always enjoyed our stays at the resort, this experience was horrible due to the hosts error!

Great place to stay, the property is beautiful

Condo was beautiful. Great views. The third ‘bedroom’ bed was not very sturdy, not really meant for an adult. Would be great if the pull out sofa had a ‘topper’ as it wasn’t very comfy on its own. Kitchen was well equipped and made feeding everyone very simple. Gorgeous patio with great views!!!!

Check in process for phase 1 is terrible...room is great

I've stayed at this unit twice, an the unit itself is great. But every time we stay in phase one...the check in process is terrible. You never can get into your room even one minute early...even if you know no one has used it. This time the prior guest left the day before...the room wasn't ready till 6pm..what a waste of a day.

Great little 2+ bedroom

We’ve stayed at the resort many times in different rooms and this one was great. It was one of the smaller 2+ bedrooms I’ve stayed in but it worked for a last minute spring break trip for our family. Everything worked and was comfortable. We loved the decorating in the primary bedroom. No complaints other than it was a smaller unit but well kept and maintained.

Great little condo

My group stayed 3 nights in this unit. Check in was easy and all of the staff were very friendly. The unit it's self was clean and had a great balcony. The only problem we had was that the second bathroom had no hot water. I would definitly stay here again though.

Nice stay, but expensive.

The bad: Room was not ready and we could not check in until 5:30pm. A whole hour and a half later than the 4 pm check in time. This is the first time ever at any hotel anywhere the room was not ready at the designated check in time. Usually any place I go they have it ready early. The prices for everything at this property is very expensive. Food, drinks, everything and yeah it’s nice, but not any nicer than other ones I have stayed at. The shower knob kept falling apart. I let them know and their response was, “oh yeah we know it’s been like that for awhile.” The good: Property had lots of pool areas, was very Nice and Clean. Excellent beach and location. Everyone was really friendly and besides check in and the shower knob customer service was excellent. Would I go there again? Probably not considering the the price for what you get ratio was not up to par. The check in dilemma also bothered me and my family quite a bit especially after traveling so far by car.

Great place for family vacation

It is a great place to stay. First, easy booking and communicating with host. Second, great staffs for checking in and room service. Third, nice as it is described on the ad, plus plenty of kitchen stuffs offered for cooking and dining. Overall, it is nice condo for whole family with 2 brs and bunk bed. Plus, we all enjoyed the resort amenities. The only complain is the shower head in the master bathroom has too little pressure as other guests had reviewed and A/C of one of the bedroom is not as cold as the master room is. Hope the host can address those two issues then it will be a great place and we will book this condo again for our future stays.
