A very special 2 bedroom end-unit condominium! The expansive great room kitchen that wows you with sea views. The large balcony is like a 2nd living space gorgeous property and sea views with direct access from the great room and master bedroom. Stainless steel appliances and beverage cooler. Both bedrooms offer king beds. This property has all the comforts and luxuries! Bring your family or friends to relax at the beach and enjoy this beautiful resort.

Beautifully landscaped sea side resort. There are 4 common area swimming pool areas, 2 jacuzzis, 2 BBQ areas, a picnic area, a heated pool bar, and the restaurant/bar often has live music beside the pool.

On the resort, you are a short walk to the beach through the lush and beautifully landscaped property. The `Swim` restaurant and bar is on site and there are several other restaurant options within 1 KM. There are always taxi`s waiting in front of the resort if you need.
The minimum age to book is 21 years old. The person making the reservation must be present the entire time of the rental period. Unit capacity is strictly enforced. Check-in is 4PM and checkout is 11AM. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 9AM. Infractions of any of these or other resort rules can result in eviction from the property with no refund.

We loved this condo!

We were a little concerned over the lack of reviews, so we are adding one. This condo was wonderful and had everything you would need. The beds were so incredibly comfortable, and the linens were also high end. It has a split floorplan, large inviting common area and a really wonderful view in all directions from the 3 balcony doors . The underground reserved parking was a major plus, very near the elevators. 10 out of 10!
