Brand new built, Ocean front home in beautiful Laguna Shores. Very open kitchen, dining, and living room area is a great spot for family gatherings. The dining room has a gas fireplace and an ocean view. Semi-covered exterior dining area on the beachfront patio adjacent to the exterior living area boasts a gas firepit. Large open spaces, high ceilings, and huge windows in this home make you feel like you are standing on the shoreline. Each of the bedrooms has its own ensuite bath with double sinks, a separate toilet room, and a large walk-in showers.

Laguna Shores is a private gated resort allows you to get away from the noisy crowds. You'll love the quiet! Just tell everyone you're at "The Office".

Out front you will find a BBQ grill, and dining table. Through the main double doors is the patio between the two wings of the home. More chill seating options, along with a fireplace for cool Fall evenings. Gorgeous views of the sea.

Beautiful house with everything needed for a great time! The pictures don’t do it justice. Our kids loved the pool with the free toys to borrow and it was just a short walk away on the beach.

Main house has 2 bed / 2 bath... the other 2 are separate. Views are beautiful. Sunsets amazong and 20 steps to the beach!
