Truly beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has an occupancy of 4 adults in the luxurious Sonoran Spa Resort on Sandy Beach. Here you will find everything you need for your enjoyable vacation all nicely furnished and decorated. Beautiful kitchen. Nice dining area and living room with Flat Screen TV and views out to the sea through the large double glass doors. Large Master Bedroom with access to patio area. Separate shower with 100% cotton towels. Excellent Ocean views over lush common area pool from the patio.

Verdaderamente hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene una ocupación de 4 adultos en el lujoso Sonoran Spa Resort en Sandy Beach. Aqui podra encontrar todo lo necesario para sus agradables vacaciones, todo muy bien amueblado y decorado. Gran cocina y asientos en la zona del desayuno. Bonita zona de comedor y sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y vistas al mar a traves de las puertas dobles de cristal de gran tamanio. El dormitorio principal tiene banio privado con baniera y toallas 100% de algodon. Ducha separada y excelentes vistas al mar que exuberan las zona comun de las piscina y el patio grande.

Sonoran Spa is one of the most beautiful resorts in Rocky Point, Mexico, offering excellent views over common areas and swimming pool overlooking the palm trees and the lovely Sea of Cortez. There is a beautiful view to the infinite sea with scenery of the view from the distance of the jetty and a bar that serves excellent drinks. Safety in the workplace is twenty-four hours for your safety. The complex includes tennis court, putting green, gym, high speed internet, spa, CATV, BBQ resort facilities, parking (selected condominiums only) and Mother Nature's charming "Sand Beach" in front. It's time to relax, and this is the place to do it! Last but not least, we have free WiFi!

AC Failed, No Resolution or Host Response

Stayed May 24-26, 2025, reported the issue to the property the morning of May 25, but a technician did not come out. I contacted the host on May 26th at Noon. It is May 27, 11 pm, and still no response. We slept uncomfortably for two nights, without A/C, with doors wide open on the bottom floor, felt unsafe, and mosquitoes bit us. The room was nice, the view was gorgeous, but I was very disappointed with the lack of response and the fraudulent advertisement that the unit has working A/C as an essential amenity.

Location was great! It had everything we needed!

It was very convenient to stay on the bottom floor. There were a few cleanliness and safety issues with the unit. The unit smelled musty and is outdated. Floor was not clean and is very slippery when wet, my husband had an injury that could have ended a lot worse than a busted shin. Also, I checked the bed the kids would sleep on I moved the mattress around (thank goodness) and found a Brown Recluse. The unit must have not been occupied in a while which is probably why it made it there but I would think it is checked by staff. I’m glad I checked! We got there early and waited a long time for check in even though it appeared no one was working on the unit during the time we waited
 They take the 4pm check in very seriously.

The beach is the best part...

Sonoran Spa is always a lovely property with all the amenities. Great pool, two hot tubs and great chaise lounges. The condo was pretty outdated and not in the best condition. The beds were fine and kitchen was fine, but the furniture was old and it needs a coat of paint for sure. For the price, the place should be more maintained. Ground floor is great for pool access and the grass is nice to have right off the patio. I would stay at the Sonoran Spa again, but I wouldn't stay at this particular condo.

Perfect location

We loved this condo and especially it’s location. I loved being in the ground floor with easy access to the pool, beach and pool bar. From the front door, thee was easy access to the convenience store and a short walk to the resort restaurant (which as good!). The only downfall for us was that the listing says it sleeps 6, so I was expecting a pull out sofa- which it wasn’t. Luckily one of my sons slept on a bunch of blankets that were provided on the floor and one slept on the couch. Overall it’s a perfect vacation spot!
