The worst service of any resort. If you are not a VIP member dont waste your money. Wifi is a scam and food is not good. The room was the only place the we love.

First of all i was there for 2 nights. The resort room was a great and is good if you want to stay in room. Food is really bad and staff is not organize is like they dont know what they doing. They have 3 card restaurant only to find just one open on Sunday and was only for that VIP only. Food feels like is fake and doesnt taste good. Clients office services wont help you if you have yellow pass. Soo dont waste your money on that. VIP pass is almost limited so dont be surprise if the staff there make you feel horrible. The place is massive looks good but some area are been work like the big pool close to the Lobby. Cofresi is the worst resort the i ever been. I am really disappointed and i will never comeback even as a VIP or for free. Staff need to be replace or just dont go there save your money on other resort.

El hotel esta en remodelación, Las habitaciones horribles con mucha filtración. La comida no es buena! No hay mucha variedad! El snack esta limitado por igual! No hay disco! Solo un sport bar y tienes que ir al otro hotel para poder acceder. Un desastre total! No lo recomiendo ni siquiera para ir a descansar. Recomiendo No asistan por lo menos mientras este en remodelación.

The moment I arrived I fell in love with cofresi palm beach. All the staff are so nice and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and so spacious. I have no complaints! If you want WiFi access 24/7 it’s by the beach beds. Personally I didn’t care to have WiFi I came to enjoy my vacation and disconnect myself from the world and social media. I enjoyed my 4 days and 3 nights with my kids. Leaving was such a bittersweet moment but I’ll for sure be back again! Este resort le da 100 mil pata a playa bachata pa Que lo sepan.

I specifically asked and paid for a king size bedroom on a lower floor (we had a lot of bags and a baby with stroller) they gave us a room with 2 queen beds on the THIRD floor with no elevator on the farthest building from reception. I called a million times upon arriving at the room and no one answered. The room was fine when we got in but later that night power went out and the air conditioner never came back. Called a million more times and no one answered at reception, walked over and was told multiple part of the hotel were experiencing lost of AC. My 7 month old thankfully slept in my parents room which still had AC. That night my husband and I tried to use the jacuzzi, bad idea. Water leaked everywhere in the bathroom. We asked for a room change after having to walk back to the opposite side of the resort and were told unfortunately all rooms were booked but a technician would be coming that night. The tech never came and we spent the rest of our 4 day stay with no air conditioner. I do not recommend this resort to anyone, not worth it.

Rooms are old and have defects like no working water or AC issues. Housekeeping keeps knocking and opening room door at 8am. Food choices were limited and no natural fruit juice was available. La comida no era variada. Todas las comidas eran prácticamente lo mismo en especial a la hora de desayuno. Donde había un poco más de variedad fue durante el almuerzo y cena. Las camas estaban cómoda aunque el aire no enfriaba mucho.

The resort is pretty cool plenty of activities the shows are awesome. The room had no working ac no working jacuzzi. Also booked the room under mine and water leaked from the ceiling tried to find resolutions and didn’t have one of the rooms changed until 3 days before leaving on the final day they offered us the second room change which obviously made no sense they tried to find a way to make us happy by offering us wine and a late check out neither of which would satisfy a stay like that. Overall a terrible trip and stay rather stay in a cabaña than this resort again

This place was nice and had some nice pools a pretty beach but the first thing that happened was our bed broke with just weight being put in the middle. They sent a mechanic and i asked to switch rooms. The next day I called because our minibar in our new room wasnt filled and they said they would send someone...2 hours later i called again...1 hour later they said they'll submit the report and then 2 hours after that i called and they said it would be the next morning, at this point i told the receptionist we literally didnt even have water and an employee appeared within 5 minutes with water. Also on the map they give you it has times and information that are incorrect,

I arrived around 3am i was called by the front desk to accompany them for breakfast at 8am i found odd because they knew i arrived late and i shouldn't be up until nearing the afternoon. I was taken to breakfast and then they took me on a tour around the facilities which took almost an entire day showing me property shares that i was absolutely not interested in plus they wanted me to invest my money with them they actually wanted me to sign a document and turn over one of my credit cards and once I said no they became angry and started agitating me finally i left at almost 4 pm they don't clean the rooms correctly . I willl not be returning

Friendly and helpful staff on room service, dining, bar and transportation willing to help. Slow check in due to no electricity. Electricity went out once every day. Staff doing dining reservation on saturday at 9:00 am arrogant and unprofessional, unwilling to help.
