Un Resort Excepcional!

El Mejor Resort que nos hemos hospedado! El servicio al cliente es excelente desde el Ckin hasta es Ckout... Buen aire acondicionado en la habitación, cama cómoda y agradable... Baño limpio con buena presión de agua en la lavamanos, inodoro y bañera... Las facilidades están bien mantenidas. La cena en los restaurantes "Octopus y Gourmet Grill" son SUPER DELICIOSAS! La comida en el Buffet (desayuno, almuerzo y cena) es espectacular! La playa es muy buena. La piscina para adultos con prohibición de ruido es un ÉXITO! Durante la estadía, en diferentes noches pudimos disfrutar de un White Party, Karaoke, Banda en Vivo y, para mi sorpresa, lo más actual, un Silent Party! El Staff de entretenimiento son muy buenos y atentos. Quisiera resaltar a los empleados "Osvaldo, Jacqueline, Alba, Rosa y Anthony" por las atenciones y por hacer de nuestra estadía una aún más placentera.

Too many rules

Ugg started off bumpy. Room wasn't available until after 5pm. Was promised the first floor received the third floor and there is no elevator. The room has no iron or ironing board. You have to walk to the front desk to check out an iron. They give you 40 - 60 minutes to return it. When I checked in my room, the phone didn't work. The refrigerator didn't work and the wi fi didn't work. Booking dinner is a pain. You have to go in person to reserve. The buffet is redundant meals weren't very diverse. Our last night we ate at the Octopus and i was sick for 5 days. Made the following morning awful. Check out was a mess. I called the front desk for help getting a ride to the airport. I was told there was nothing she could do. That i needed to figure it out. I booked an uber. 15 mins later the uber canceled. I booked again Canceled. After this happening 5 times i asked the bell hop if he knew why my uber kept canceling? He said No. So i texted the uber and asked why they canceled. He said they aren't allowed past the gate. More than a mile away. I then asked the bell hop.Is it true that Uber can't come in here?And the bellhop said yes it's true they can't come in here. I said, sir.How do I get to the airport?Can someone please help me get to the airport?And he said no. Eventually, we asked a visitor who spoke Spanish and english to.Please help us get a taxi to the airport. The taxi ended up charging us $50.Where his uber was less than ten dollars.

La propiedad es muy cómoda, igual sus cuartos, sumamente limpio, el personal muy servicial y amable, la playa accesible y bonita. La comida muy buena, fresca, los alrededores siempre limpios y los restaurantes muy buenos. Un lugar para ir en familia y descansar. Tener presente que no es un lugar de fiesta aunque tienen su entretenimiento, en nuestro caso es lo que buscábamos.

Staff members were friendly and professional. Despite having an extreme amount of guests this weekend, they worked very well under pressure. The suggestion I have is for the facility's managers to be mindful of elderly people. Bathtubs are outdated and unsafe for elderly people who can easily slip and fall. Accessibility for people who are unable to take stairs is also a problem. Overall, it was a good experience the Italian Restaurant was wonderful and the female bartender by the Beata Building was super friendly and efficient!!! However, the buffet was chaotic due to the amount of guests they had.

From the moment I arrived, I was lied to. First I got my room late in the afternoon when check-in is at three. I even put in a prior request for the first floor, considering I have a baby and would be traveling with a stroller. The hotel put me on the fourth floor with no elevator. I had to go up and down every time with all my belongings. I spoke to the manager, who was a complete joke. He said he was going to put me in a different room on the first floor the day after yet he put me in a one different than what I paid for. He also said that he doesn’t know how Expedia got the pictures listed on their page if that’s not the room. I said clearly Expedia got it from somewhere plus your website also advertises the room categories and it’s not what you’re giving me and he walked away. Furthermore, he gave me a smoking room for a baby to sleep in. I also asked the housekeeper for a towel three times. Apparently children do not get their own and I had to share with my child. This is not family friendly and the staff really doesn’t care to help. It’s better to avoid this place if possible.
