I liked the property, very clean and spacious. Food pricing was a bit high but being a resort type it is to be expected. Otherwise worth every penny minus the bad road going to it.

My room was clean as it could be but in need of repair and had a mouldy odour. Bed was comfortable and aircon worked well. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Location reasonable as could walk to good restaurants, groceries and atms. There was a restaurant onsite however I did not eat there. Value for money.

Horrible customer service and tour!

Our main complaint about this hotel is the unprofessional service in relation to a tour we booked through them. We booked the tour to see the underground caves. We were in the lobby at 6:45 a.m. The driver drove like a mad man for about 1.5 hours through curvy roads. It was a miserable ride. We get there and the place is packed. Our group was #57 in line for a boat. Within about an hour of waiting on the dock many of the boats were coming back in because of rough seas, and the majority of the captains were refusing to go back out. At this point, we just wanted to go back to our hotel. The guide kept saying to wait, because we might get on a boat. If the captains are saying the sea is dangerous, I don't want to get on a boat! We spent the entire day sitting on a hot, uncomfortable dock and never got on a boat to do the tour. Then an ambulance pulls up and is putting an injured lady on a stretcher. We found out one of the boats capsized! The guide tells us at 1:30 there's no chance of getting on a boat, and we could eat lunch now. Many tourists were angry, not hungry, and just wanted to leave. We didn't eat and got back on the uncomfortable shuttle. We got to Blue Lagoon about 4:00 p.m. We were expecting a full refund. We got a partial refund, but still had to pay the driver and guide. We were furious! If they would have told us that morning that the seas were rough and we might not get on a boat, we wouldn't have wasted our only day in Puerto Princesa on a horrible "tour."

Good hotel if you just need to chill out. Wifi was good to have in room, if you stayed close to the office!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Cheap airport shuttle!! Close to a lot of food places!! Pool was nice too! Thank you!

It’s a place to wait for your flight so what you want is relax... very close to the airport it take just few minutes and you can take a tricycle for PHP 30! The pool is very worth...

Great place to stay just off the main strip

We stayed at the blue lagoon in Puerto princessa for 3 nights before heading to port Barton and el nido. It is situated just off the main street for bars and restaurants. Do not let the approach to the hotel down the dirt road put you off! The rooms were all very clean and the air con worked well. We were asked every day if we would like our room cleaned. All staff were very friendly and polite. All drinks, food and trip are charged to the room but are all affordable. The restaurant does decent food too. The only downside the the very limited space around the pool, there was 6 of us but we made it work.

Pool to warm

Standard room was tiny with small double bed. Out of town down dirt road. Pool far to warm to be refreshing. Basic hotel/motel that I would rate 1.5 stars not 3. Staff are helpful and friendly.
