Warning, don't book here with hotels.com.

They don't accept the hotels.com system. And have not for years. So, the money I paid to hotel.com, I lost, will get no refund, as once I arrived there, they refused to recognize hotels.com, I had to pay again. So, my effective rate to stay there was over 2 1/2 time the normal rate. The place is truly run down,poorly kept. .

Nothing to like at all! Property away from civilisation, staff very rude, couldnt care attitude, manager alway in bed resting and not available, no towels offered, no soaps, used by local school for pools, food was awful, no refreshment offered or on site, when ask of that it took 30 minute to arrive. Most awful property to stay

The facility was was terrible noway you can call that a deluxe room there was no tap in the bathroom sink and bucket to flush the toilet no remote for the tv i will be claiming a full refund because i could only tolerate one night in a mosquito infested room

Tranquility and Shuttle Service

Room is spacious at an affordable price. The management tried their best to keep the area clean. Though they forgot to provide thrash can in the room so we just used some of our grocery bags to store our thrash. Also if you or your family/ friends want to watch TV, you have better luck watching it in the public dining area/ restaurant since TV in your room just have one channel and don't have a good reception. But this didn't bother us since our main goal is to explore the island and not just stay all day inside the room. Service is great and the staff are accommodating and friendly. Good place for people who loves peace and quiet as this is in somehow a remote area but not for people who likes to explore the downtown area or wants to witness the island's nightlife. The free shuttle service is a plus though as this hotel provides free airport pick up, free airport transfer and free transport to malls or other areas when you need to go out and eat dinner or to shop.

Affordable Good Service

Affordable place for tranquility, good service and tour. The owner was accommodating and even helped us booked our Puerto Princesa and El Nido tour on a short notice. We do appreciate the free shuttle service since the location of this hotel is far from the downtown area. Just make sure that you booked the shuttle/ van ahead of time since it gets busy when they have ongoing tours. If you want to have peace and quiet, away from all the hustle and bustle, then this is your hotel. In exchange for the tranquility, the signal of WiFi and cellphone network is the trade off. We did not get our own private WiFi connection as advertised and connecting to the public WiFi is extra work and nearly impossible. The resort/ pool set-up is amazing. It does look gorgeous. It gets crazy during the weekend though when some people are on a day tour or stay overnight by the pool side.

Fint hotell med bra pooler! Jag och min flickvÀn hade de för oss sjÀlva. Internet var bra och rummen var stors o frÀscha!!
