Luxurious brand new 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo at the Grand Venetian’s newest tower. Enjoy beautiful decor throughout with original local artwork. The balcony off the living room has an outdoor living space to relish the beautiful bay views. The master bedroom also has a wrap around balcony with view of the city, the Sierra Madre mountains, and Banderas Bay.

The unit has high speed internet, 3 cable televisions, and a washer and dryer. The beautiful granite kitchen is fully equipped, ; stove, oven, pots, pans, and bakeware, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, knife set, cooking and serving utensils, even Tupperware for your leftovers. Attached bathrooms include bathrobes, bath towels, bath mat, washcloths and hand towels. Stand or sit showers in both bathrooms. Towels provided for up to 6 guests.



The Grand Venetian is a high-end private property with 24-hour security on-site. There is private parking on-site. The building boasts 4 pools, two are beachfront. The access to the beach is private and the building provides owner’s and guests seating and beach towels. Also, there are tennis courts on property.

We like to socialize orienting our visitors about the City and the best areas and restaurants. Las Glorias is smack in the center of Puerto Vallarta. The airport is 10 minutes. Downtown is also about 10 minutes away. There are buses which run right in front of the building, as well as taxis, and Uber available. Adjacent to Grand Venetian is La Isla, a shopping center which boasts Starbucks, VIP cinemas, and world-class restaurants. Across from the Grand Venetian is a dining plaza with Vallarta's famous La Dolce, La Vaca Argentina, as well as bars and a club. There are more than 1,000 restaurants in Vallarta, many of them, qualified as one of the best 20 restaurants in MĂ©xico.



There are buses which run right in front of the building, as well as taxis, and Uber available.

Taxis, Buses, and Uber are incredibly cheap in Puerto Vallarta and most things are no more than a 5 mile drive. Host is always available to answer questions.

We enjoyed our stay here


The condo is on the 25th floor of tower 3. Beautiful views from the balconies of the ocean, sunsets, and city lights from the master bedroom. This is what sold us and why we chose this unit. The condo is not overly fancy but adequate. Overall our experience was about an 8. The master bed is really firm as mentioned in other reviews and there is no other furniture. No side chair or patio furniture on the master bedroom deck. Unfortunately this unit lacked some of the comforts and conveniences that we’ve seen in other condos but we were pleased and maybe just being picky. Ramon the manager was very responsive if there were issues and he was very accommodating and allowed for a little later checkout that helped greatly. Thanks for letting us stay.

Love the Grand Venetian

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Venetian. This condo had everything we needed and the property manager was very helpful. The only complaint we had was that the bed in the main bedroom was not very comfortable, probably needs a new mattress. This is our fourth year staying at the Grand Venetian and we’ll definitely be back next year.

Grand Venetian Condo

This was a terrific location. 25th floor overlooking the ocean. This is a big unit with 2 balconies and an incredible view. The condo was precisely as pictured and was in excellent shape. Ramon was great to deal with and very responsive. Will definitely be back.

Ramon is very helpful. The Grand Venetian is in a great location with easy access all over.

Very comfortable bed, everything you need was there. Busses right outside and very regular to the Malecon or the Marina. Great restaurant with great prices right onsite. Pools are many and huge. The folks staying are very friendly and welcoming. Will hopefully stay at the Grand Venetian again.

The Grand Venetian is our favorite We appreciated the gated community and the beauty and privacy of the property We were impressed with everything the Grand Venetian did to make our stay enjoyable by keeping the property maintained and enforcing the property rules The condo we rented was well furnished with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable Ramon the property manager was there when we arrived and showed us our vacation rental He was very responsive to anything we needed We would highly recommend this unit and plan to stay here again

Very unfriendly owner - don't stay here

During these very unprecedented times of the Coronavirus, we had planned to stay at this property for 2 weeks. After 11 daysinto our stay, we were very concerned about the US border closing and felt that it was a very critical time for us to head back home. Couple that with the fact that during our stay, my 91-year old Mom experienced a fall, perhaps a stroke, only confirmed the critical need to leave. While I understand the cancellation policy, there comes a time when landlords need to look past their nose and generate some level of compassion and understanding about the need for a traveler to leave. When I requested a 3-day refund for TWO very valid reasons, I was flat out told "no". This owner wouldn't even compromise and offer a 3-day credit if I/we were to return. As an existing landlord of many years, I know that "life happens and during these times, it's best to work with tenants, seeking a win/win solution for both parties. We'll never return to this property again, and if you choose to go, and an emergency takes place where you need to leave, please know you will not get any type of refund or compromise from this owner.

I love the Grand Venetian

This particular condo was lacking. The kitchen was not well equipped and the quality was poor of the linens, dishes, etc. The washing machine wasn’t working properly. Overall this condo is not well maintained.
