Enter Casa Blue through the beautifully crafted wood door, and you will see the amazing panoramic view of the Banderas Bay. As you enter, you will pass the generously equipped kitchen with service bar. To your right you will find the guest bedroom beautifully decorated with a queen sized bed, work area and flat screen TV with FirestickTV. The guest bathroom has a full size shower, toilet and sink. Continuing into the condo you will pass the bold dining area with seating for 6. The living room area was meticulously designed for comfort and style. Complete with a super comfortable sofa which pulls out to queen sized bed. The accent chairs and gorgeous wood table complete the furnishings along with the large flat screen TV with FirestickTV. The master suite to your right, where no expense was spared, has a luxuriously comfortable king-sized bed, and gorgeous accents. The en suite master bath comes complete with full sized rain shower and plenty of counter space on the stone vanity. Ocean views and the sound of the waves crashing will rock you gently to sleep.
Access the oversized balcony from both the living room and master bedroom. Your breath will be taken away as you gaze out over the generous pool amenities and sandy beach. Panoramic views of the Banderas Bay will afford you many hours of: whale, dolphin and bird watching, and taking in the most beautiful sunsets in the world. Relax on the comfortable sofa or chaise lounge chairs.

**CONSTRUCTION ADVISORY** Puerto Vallarta is a very thriving community that is in a growth phase. There is constant on-going construction including buildings and street construction. Additionally, there will be an eventual phase II of the Harbor 171 complex, but that has not yet been scheduled. Typically construction is limited to Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturdays 9am - 1pm
*UPDATE JUNE 2024 - All heavy construction of the adjacent tower and common area amenities is complete. Work is now only being done on interior units of the tower with deliveries to take place early 2025.
**UPDATE JANUARY 2025 Construction has been completed. All new pool areas and Grand Lobby are open and available for guests.

Wonder Stay at Harbor 171

Great property, safe, close to shopping, restaurants and amazing views, pools, beach and sunsets.Our host Philip was prompt when we had a small air conditioning problem and it was repaired quickly. I would highly recommend this host.

Fabulous!

My husband and I had an excellent stay at Casa Blue. Philip, our host, was wonderful to deal with. The condo met all our expectations and was true to the advertisement. The decor is beautiful and functional. Our bed was super comfy. My most favorite thing to do was to sit on that spacious balcony and listen to the waves. It was worth every penny and we would gladly stay here again!

Loved the location! Property was clean, staff friendly, easily walk to several restaurants and stores, communication with Phillip was always quick and easy. Would stay here again! Would only recommend more loungers around pool areas.

Great family stay

The beautiful apartment was clean and accurate to the listing. The beds and seating were comfortable and the patio was awesome! The coffee maker was not working and Philip was quick to remedy this situation with a new machine so we could enjoy our morning coffee on the patio. The pools were awesome and clean, too. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Harbor 171 Casa Blue

Host was great, easy to communicate with and accessible at anytime. Condo, property and beach were spotless. Water pressure in the condo was great. The property in pictures and description were accurate. There was some construction noise but it didn’t bother us. All the staff and most of the guests followed Covid protocols. 5 Star

Beautiful View

The pictures are an accurate depiction of the condo. It has a beautiful view and the pool at the property are wonderful. Construction nearby was not really a problem at all. The road coming into the property are a little uncomfortable in appearance, but we did not have any problems walking them even at night. Neighborhood was safe.
