Las Verandas de Amapas has stolen our hearts. When we first opened the front door to enter, we were in awe of the amazing ocean view. Exquisite craftsmanship of the building overall. Our 2BD/2BTH condo was so sexy, spacious and delightfully decorated! I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed!

Great place and view

Check in was confusing. The management rep didn’t know the correct way to enter the front door code. There were no directions. We had to figure it out on our own. The units safe was not operational for guests. Great view and awesome pool.

PV stay at Las Verandas

We had a truly lovely stay at this property. The condo unit was in excellent shape with thoughtful and well designed decor. The beds were comfortable and the views from the veranda were excellent. The roof top pool was a favorite for hanging out and swimming laps. The only minor issue is the moderate amount of road noise we heard on the third floor coming from the main thoroughfare below. I'll still give this a 5/5 star review regardless.

Amazing pool and view!

This bldg is brand new and there is still minor construction but was never bothered by it. The only downside is it’s situated on a steep hill with cobblestone so if you’re not sure footed it can be dangerous. All that aside, the unit is fantastic. Very warmly appointed furnishings and comfortable. The patio is spectacular with the view unobstructed of the bay, city, and mountains beyond. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is amazing stretching the whole of the rooftop. I’m a swimmer so it was great to do laps in all day and night. We never went to the beach! It’s about a 10 minute walk to great restaurants and bars. Emanuel with Naya homes made things easy and was easy to communicate with. We’re coming back in November! Can hardly wait.
