Guest Access:
SOHO PV has 2 entrances. The main entrance is called the motor lobby and is located directly on HWY 200. Use this if arriving by foot/Uber/taxi. This entrance is located directly across from the PEMEX gas station, located at Carr. Costera a Barra de Navidad 380. When putting "SOHO PV" into Uber/Maps, it might direct the driver up the hill to the back entrance, so please tell your driver you want to use the highway entrance.

The second entrance is located behind the building and requires driving up Pulpito Street and when you come to a wall, turn to the left onto Rodolfo Gomez street. It is a small, narrow, stone street. You will see the back of SOHO PV and where you can enter to park in the garage. Registration is required before parking.

We check you into the rental in person, and we check you out of the rental in person. There is no self-check in or self-check-out option.

Security Deposit Required @ check in, 100% refundable at check out, $300 USD or Peso Equivalent (based on Bank of Mexico Exchange rates), this can be paid in cash our we can charge a credit/debit card on site at rental check-in/and process card refund at check out.

Check Out Policy: Check out is at 11AM.

We do not offer check out past 11AM.

Check In Policy: Check in is allowed between 4PM-9PM.

Early check in requests will be evaluated on a request basis.

After Hours Check In Policy:
Check in after 9PM is not something we offer as a standard business practice. If arriving by air please book an earlier flight, if arriving by car leave earlier.

Getting through the airport can take 45 Minutes-1.5 hours arriving from out of country. Travel time to the property can take another 20-45 minutes. If you are renting a car that could take 1-1.5 hours for processing and paperwork. Please book a flight that gets you in early enough to allow for these items and arrival time no later than 9PM.

If you are planning on arriving or need to arrive after 9PM you need to inquire with us first prior making your reservation to see if we can accommodate you; if we can accommodate you there will be a late check in fee payable in cash due upon arrival.

If you fail to inquire and receive approval for late check in prior to making your reservation, you will be responsible for cancelling your reservation on your side at your full cost. Any cancellation requested within two weeks of the initial reservation being received will be granted a 100% refund, anytime after that normal cancellation policy applies. Please make sure you have your transportation arrangements worked out before you make your reservation or within 2 weeks of making your reservation or your funds may be at risk based on normal cancellation policy rules/regulations.
