Located right on Amapas Beach, with private beach access. Easy access and a quick 3 Minute walk to Los Muertos Beach and a 10 Minute walk into Town (or easy 4 Minute Taxi/Uber Ride) to enjoy all the Restaurants, shops and Nightlife.

The Unit is located in the middle of the 4th floor. This is a prime location because you have the expansive ocean views, yet you also have peripheral views of greenery (trees and palms) so you experience the tropical paradise that it is . On the 4th floor you do not hear voices from the lobby level, yet you get the amazing ocean wave sounds. On some of the upper floors you can not hear the ocean.

Guests open a "Tab" as you check in, to enjoy all the Wonderful Food and Drinks offered at the Restaurants and Bars or by Room Service. The prices are kept very low as a special service to guests. I enjoy 90% of my meals at the Condo.. the food is that good!

Our Unit Manager - Christian, is available for all your needs. He will be happy to buy groceries or specific items before you arrive (you can reimburse him for the cost of the items + 15% fee upon your arrival). He can arrange any excursions, restaurant reservations, massages, and is a wealth of knowledge of the local attractions.

You will be warmly welcomed by Christian or His Assistant upon check-In to show you the condo and amenities within the building.
