Great servers and staff. Despite a few less than friendly staff all was good. Food options were good except desserts but this seems to be all all inclusive having nothing but jello or custard type desserts.

Great stay at the Sheraton
Posted Jan. 30, 2024 on HotelsHotel is well kept. Grounds are beautiful. Good variety of restaurants. Service overall is good, inconsistent in the main buffet restaurant. Most of the waiters are great, but at times we constantly had to ask for more coffee and flag someone down to take our order.
Everyone was very friendly and attentive.
Location is excellent, walk into main Center of PVR is very easy and save. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
