The hotel grounds are spectacular and pool is lovely! We had a suite on top floor and the view of the Bay was spectacular. Room service was awesome. Staff were all attentive and friendly. Wonderful place to stay.

Do not recommend for others
Posted Mar. 4, 2024 on HotelsExcellent location and service. No slippers, over $10 for a single water pitcher sized water, the lights werent working. The safe ran out of battery.

Nice hotel we had an ocean veiw. The staff here is really friendly and helpful especially the guys in the front of the hotel that help with transportation. They knew a lot and helped us several times. Beach and pool area was nice. We had room service for breakfast everyday and it was very reasonable and nice to sit on balcony. I thought the spa was overpriced though. I was expecting to pay more at a hotel but you can get a great massage outside the hotel in the marina area for 1/3 the price so we did that instead.
