Your first steps inside this beautiful condo will take your breath away with the stunning Ocean Views. Sit yourself down in front of the expansive windows with morning coffee or afternoon cocktails and let your vacation begin. This is the best seat in the condo. There are tons of water activities to watch on the water and beach. Some of these activities include Humpback Whale Watching, parasailing, paddle boarders, fishing, hover board surfing, life guard training, water skiing, jet skis, banana boats, panga, yachts, Cruise Ship Arrival/Departures. There are Bonus Fireworks from the Pirate Ship every night from the best seats in the house or even from your bed!

There are 2 refreshing pools to take a dip in or just lounge around the pool area. The pool area has wifi and our condo wifi also works there. The beach access is located in the pool area and you can walk barefoot on the beach or set yourself up for the day. Our Condo includes 2 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs, an umbrella and several coolers are provided. Searching for treasures on the beach will become a daily ritual. Returning via the beach access there is a foot and body shower to wash away the beach sand. The beach can get some rocks occasionally. A heart rock collection and painted rocks are seen throughout the condo!

The ever popular Malecon is a quick 5 minute walk where the offerings of shopping, restaurants, historic churches and activities will keep you coming back day or night! An evening stroll will also become a habit. You can see the Malecon from our condo and pool area. It is so close yet we are situated in a very quiet neighborhood.

The Kitchen is very well appointed to making a meal at home. You will find everything you need as the Property Owner loves to Cook! Microwave, Air fryer/oven, 4 Gas Burner Cooktop, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Blender, Mini choppers and a multitude of kitchen gadgets. There are plenty of utensils, glassware, dishes, pots, pans silicone bakeware and more! If cooking is your thing, have at it or just walk 5 minutes and there are so many fabulous restaurants within the neighborhood.

The Main bathroom sports a spacious Walk in Shower, Toilet and Large Vanity Sink Area. Plenty of Towels, Linens and Beach Towels are provided. Tucked behind the Bathroom Door you will find several Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs and an Umbrella for a day on the beach. A beverage cooler is also provided. 2 Minutes later you can be set up on the Beach. If you are in front of condo on the beach you may still be able to connect to the wifi. There are 2 internet providers of Izzi and Telemex with download speeds of 55.6 and uploads of 41.3. Having both covers you if 1 were to go down.

2 Large Screen Sony Smart TVs are located in the Living Room and 1 in the Bedroom.
The crashing waves are a constant and will lull you to sleep in a King Size Bed with ample pillows. Plenty of pillows for propping yourself up in bed to watch TV or read a book. The Headboard includes lighting for reading and ambient lighting above the built in night stands allow for different levels of lighting. An overhead ceiling fan with light is located above the bed and an individual A/C unit keeps the bedroom to your liking. A new A/C was also just installed for the main living room/kitchen area.
Ample closet space and shelving will keep your wardrobe organized. Room darkening curtains will also make sleeping in a breeze! A sitting sofa under the TV is handy for putting on your shoes and holding extra pillows, Blankets or Bedspreads.

The 2nd Bathroom provides a convenient sink and toilet just off the kitchen area. It is also home to the mechanicals of the condo like the on demand gas water heater and air conditioning systems. Having a 2nd bathroom with a toilet is great as you don't have to call dibs on the bathroom after returning home from your daily excursion.

The kitchen has a nice breakfast bar with 2 stools for quick snacks or meals. There is also a secondary high top with padded stools in the Ocean Front Room if you want to have dinner and take in the sunset.

Speaking of Sunsets, they are fabulous! You have a front row seat every single night. Nothing bus views of the Ocean and Beach. There are no unsightly rooftops in your way! The Owners truly appreciate the Spectacular views and love to take an abundance of pictures nightly!

However, if you want to catch the sunrise coming over the mountains you will have to catch that out of the kitchen stained glass window. The sun shines through the stained glass window sending prisms of color throughout the condo.
The bathroom views are of the beach access of Calle Chile and the Ocean. Every window has views to keep you looking out! It is everchanging as palms trees are the only thing that may block the views but they are usually always trimmed back.

Celing fans with lights are dispersed throughout the condo in the bathroom, living room, Ocean Front Room and Bedroom. The Ocean breezes are delightful and with a secure ornate wrought iron gate you are assured to get cross breezes from all four sides.

A pair of Binoculars in the Ocean Front Room is perfect for when the Humpback Whales make an appearance. It has become a favorite past time for the Owners. This condo's location is perfect for Couples who like to be close to the Malecon and Beach yet appreciate a quiet setting. It is located on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. Even when you are on the Beach or are on the Malecon, You can rest assured you have your own private bathroom when needed. There are public restrooms situated along the Malecon for a couple on the Beach, just remember to have pesos handy to use them.
