The living room has a seating area and a television. It is very spacious and bright, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The dining room is furnished with a large vintage table.
It has a large spacious swimming pool ideal for hot summer afternoons.
The kitchen includes appliances, capsule and regular coffee machine to suit all tastes, essential cooking utensils and crockery. There is a washing machine and dryer available for your laundry needs.
The 6 spacious bedrooms are decorated with vintage elegance and linen on all beds.
The 4.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
There is parking for 2-3 cars in front of the garage door.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

El Puig de Santa Maria is a peaceful town in the Valencian Community, just a short drive from the coast. The Urb. Puigval-Chalets neighborhood offers a tranquil setting, surrounded by nature and providing beautiful views of the mountains and sea. It's a great spot for relaxation while being close to the vibrant city of Valencia.
The town is home to historical sites like the 13th-century Monastery of Santa Maria and is near the beaches of El Puig, perfect for water activities or relaxing by the Mediterranean. With its mix of history, nature, and cuisine, El Puig is an ideal destination.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus station, Camí de la Playa (line L112A), is just a 5-minute walk.
Valencia Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
