Expérience navrante!

Sans doute avons nous joué de malchance et avons nous accumulé les problèmes. Mais, même si la propriétaire est réactive, il y a une différence entre réactivité et efficacité. Nous avons eu une coupure de courant à cause de la pluie semble t il...L'installation électrique est-elle aux normes ? Nous avons eu une panne de gaz dans la cuisine. C'est dommage que les 2 autres bouteilles étaient vides et qu'il n'y avait pas une seule bouteille remplie prévue au cas où...C'est malheureux tout ça mais à chaque fois résolu finalement. Cela, les innombrables moustiques, l'humidité régnante (peinture qui s'écaille à plusieurs endroits dans le logement et fragments sur le carrelage), les châssis qui isolent du vent mais pas du bruit de la chaussée qui longe la villa et le chemin d'accès plus qu'accidenté et non entretenu (attention aux griffes de votre voiture de location) par lequel il faut accédé au logement, on aurait pu l'accepter. Par contre, se laver à l'eau froide durant une semaine c'est inacceptable. Malgré un nouveau chauffe eau placé durant la semaine, l'eau reste tiède (moins de 30°C) pour le 1er qui se douche, froide pour les autres. Résultat, on doit faire chauffer des casseroles d'eau pour donner le bain à des enfants (bébé & 3 ans). Nous, 4 adultes, nous lavons au gant de toilette. Expérience franchement peu recommandable qui a complètement gâché notre semaine de vacances. Bonne chance aux prochains locataires et bonnes douches!

Plenty of indoor and outdoor space, close to the beautiful beach. A bit far to the first supermarket. Slightly aged. Good communication with the owner. Everything you need for great vacation.

Casa comoda

La casa è strutturalmente comoda, ben disposta e pulita. La vicinanza alla spiaggia non è di 500 mt ma si avvicina di più al km, la spiaggia è incantevole e ideale per bambini in quanto degrada pian piano( si può accedere a 2 spiaggie limitrofe una con qualche sasso prima di entrare e un altra senza). C’è da fare qualche lavoro di sistemazione e forse qualche attenzione in più per il resto non ci sono stati problemi e consiglierei la casa per famiglie e amici con buone gambe e dotati di auto per gli spostamenti ( nel periodo in cui siamo stati non c’erano supermercati raggiungibili nelle vicinanze).

Un rayon de soleil en automne !

Location assez loin du port Golfo Aranci (arrivée en bateau) mais proche des plus belles plages du Sud-Ouest de la Sardaigne Maison spacieuse et très agréable pour un séjour en famille et avec des amis (terrasse, barbecue, terrain de pétanque, ...) Attention au passage du portail, certaines voitures peuvent toucher le bas de caisse !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Sardinien. Lage und Strand super. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten, hat Carla sofort geholfen. Geschirr war etwas zu wenig und der Müll wurde nicht abgeholt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. LG Hans

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist sehr groß, schön und gut ausgestattet. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt. In den Schlafzimmern zur Straßenseite, hört man den Straßenverkehr; aber es ist ok, die Kinder haben dennoch gut geschlafen. Man kann gut zu Fuß zum Strand laufen, selbst unsere Kinder (3 und 6 Jahre) haben den Weg, hoch und runter, gut geschafft. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und möchten uns herzlich bei Carla bedanken, welche sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar war.

La maison est bien située à 500m de la plage. Nous etions une famille de 10, elle etait tres bien. Un grand jardin qui a fait le bonheur des enfants. Les commodités se trouvent a pula 15min en voiture. Carla a été disponible par message tout au long de nos vacances. Seul petit bemol le bruit de la route et de la musique du camping.

Ein charmantes, leicht in die Jahre gekommenes Urlaubsdomizil

Sardinien ist toll! Sehr vielseitig, das Wasser atemberaubend türkis, die Landschaft fruchtbar, alles blüht und leuchtet bunt. Unsere Unterkunft war sauber und gut geschnitten, so dass jeder einen Rückzugsort hatte. Da wir das Haus vorher bei Google Maps gefunden hatten, haben wir die Lautstärke der vorbeiführenden Hauptverkehrsstraße einkalkuliert. Das auf der gegenüber liegenden Seite liegende Hotel mit lautstarker Animation bis in die tiefe Nacht hinein leider nicht. Es gab leider keine Liegen, auch die Stühle auf den Fotos waren nicht vorhanden, dafür sehr harte Holzstühle. Das 3. Bad war defekt. Im Waschraum wohnte eine 1m lange Schlange und Mückenstiche quälten nicht nur unsere Babys. Nur die Terrasse war gesäubert worden, sonst überall zentimeterdicke Piniennadeln. Die Außenaufnahmen waren wohl schon etwas älter. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist fast unpassierbar mit einem Mietwagen. Wir kompensierten dies mit leckeren Mahlzeiten aus der großzügigen Küche und genossen die sehr bequemen Matratzen! Der Weg zum Strand war nicht weit und auf dem Schleichweg störte kein Auto. Der Strand selbst war perfekt - sauber, Sand, türkises Meer!

Eine Villa für die ganze Familie

Hallo Carla, gerne möchten wir eine Empfehlung für Deine Villa aussprechen. Die Villa im Pinienwald war ideal für unsere Familie aus drei Generationen mit 7 Personen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerade für Kinder sehr ideal mit viel Auslauf. Genossen haben wir das abendliche Boulen mit einem Gläschen Wein. Die grosse Freiterasse mit einem Grill ist ideal für ein gemütliches Zusammensitzen. Im Grossen und Ganzen 5 Sterne für Dich. Die Zufahrtsbeschreibung zur Villa sollte ggf. etwas optimiert werden. Einfach traumhaft

Ein riesiges Anwesen mit einer traumhaften Villa; alles da, was man braucht, auch Strandutensilien wie Sonnenschirm etc. . Die Betten sind gut und die Zimmeraufteilung auch für 2 Familien perfekt. Man kann drinnen und draußen frühstücken. Es gibt einen immensen gefliesten Aussenbereich, teilweise überdacht und auch teilweise Bereiche, die nicht überdacht sind, um sich zu sonnen. Eine Tischtennisplatte sowie eine Boule-Bahn rundet das große Angebot am Haus ab. Unsere Kinder ( zwischen 6 und 16 Jahren ) fanden es einfach traumhaft. Alles sehr sauber und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Es kam schon öfters vor, dass man die Kinder auf dem großen Grundstück suchen musste, weil es einfach so schön groß war. Vom Haus kommt man fussläufig zum Strand. Der Strand ist auch traumhaft und wir konnten im Herbst an einem leeren Strand sogar Fußball spielen, da soviel Platz da war. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Perfetto per famiglie

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della pulizia degli ambienti interni della casa. Cucina nuova e spazio esterno gradevole con tavolo da ping pong e campo da bocce. Anche se non siamo riusciti ad incontrarla, la proprietaria si è dimostrata disponibile e attenta alle nostre esigenze.

Tolles Haus, sehr viel Platz, Tischtennisplatte, Strand in 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar, weitere tolle Buchten in Fahrnähe, sehr gute Tauchbasis in Chia; einziges Manko: befahrene Straße direkt am Grundstück.

Un endroit presque parfait

Super séjour, gentillesse et réactivité de Carla. La maison est très jolie, propre, bien située et grande. Les douches extérieures sont géniales. Le terrain est énorme et le terrain de pétanque très appréciable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. Cependant le frigo fermait mal et ne refroidissait pas très bien et le congélateur est un peu petit pour un si grand nombre de personnes en été. Des chaises longues à l'extérieur seraient aussi les bienvenues. Côte materiel de plage il y avait des parasols et même des petites chaises de plage, c'était très pratique. Le tri des ordures était également un peu difficile car les explications sont un peu floues et les poubelles trop petites. A part ces quelques détails tout était top et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Grazie e a presto !
