An aristocratic residence with top quality real wood refurbishing and valuable pieces of antiques with a unique character of a true palace. Located in the historic Villa Muenz, the most famous Art Nouveau style building in Pula, this apartment has a huge round terrace, a balcony and all rooms overlooking the sea. Enjoy one of the best views in Pula while sipping a glass of champagne in style or immerse yourself in the extravagant palatial interior with its unprecedented character and atmosphere.
Not far from the marina and about 15 mins from the Old Town, a fabulous grand apartment. Possibly the grandest bedrooms I've ever stayed in but the communal living was slightly odd - one large and 2 small dining tables with 10-12 chairs & what looked like a garden sofa so relaxing in the evenings was not ideal. Some nice touches such as huge bathroom mirrors and USB by the bed, as well as plenty of glasses, etc but a real shortage of hanging space & hangers. All in all would recommend & we had a great stay
This place was so lovely. There were 8 of us and we all thought it was great! The bedrooms are huge! And the sunroom (enclosed terrace) is a beautiful room to hang out and have coffee or wine.
It was quite hot in Pula while we were visiting, so we just avoided the sunroom in the early evening (but always came back to watch the sunset). Even with the windows open and the fan on, it was just too hot. But again, that's only cause the temperatures were insanely high. You should note that the sunroom is the only "common area". Although there are plenty of chairs and places to sit and hang out in the very large bedroom next to it.
All of the bedrooms have air conditioners. Also, the rest of the apartment seemed to keep quite cool even without the AC.
The apartment is up a sprawling staircase on the 3rd floor. There are two bathrooms right at the entrance of the apartment - looks like there was one bathroom and it was divided into two.
One of the bedrooms has a very cute, small balcony.
I wouldn't describe this listing as "luxury" but rather, as I mentioned in the title, it is a very charming, grand, and historic apartment. And we totally loved it.
Thank you! We had a great time!
This apartment was very large and once we figured out how to manage the cooling of the closed in patio it was lovely. The bedrooms are enormous, kitchen small and the only common area is the enclosed large balcony with access through either of 2 bedrooms. We were there during a really hot and humid spell but the air conditioning managed with some strategic door open/closed management. Overall a very lovely apartment. Thank you!
Great location and very spacious accommodations! It was well stocked and very clean. The terrace is such a fabulous spot to enjoy breakfast in the mornings.
