we usually always stay at the Marriott when in Pullman but the Hilltop had an incredible rate and MOST IMPORTANT a hot tub which they cleaim hasn’t worked for a couple of weeks i have a hot tub they can be serviced and repairs in just a few days plus if the pool or hot tubs are down that’s part of the stay and residents should be informed

The staff were all really nice. There were a lot of hairs in our bed. Since the hotel was booked we were given clean sheets and changed them ourselves. The breakfast is decent enough but all the coffee had run out and wasn’t replenished for the 20 minutes we were eating.

At check in we were told several time “YOUR TYPE” of reservation is not ready yet, which is Travelocity at 5pm😡. Their service card noted “hang this on door if you do not want room serviced” wellllll they don’t service the room if you don’t call front desk and request it serviced. Requested service and still did not happen, response was “I guess house keeping forgot and they are gone for the day”. Definitely will not stay again nor recommend it!

There was trouble with our toliet in the first room, and then our 2nd room was not cleaned from the previous customers. The staff member was trying to be helpful and got us into a clean room. Everything turned out fine.

This is a great option when visiting WSU with a family. The rooms are nice and clean. The “free”breakfast needs an upgrade! The lack of healthy and allergy friendly options is disappointing. It would be nice if the hotel offered a variety of food for breakfast not the same yogurt and waffles etc.

Very good experience with staff. Facilities starting to show wear. Breakfast provided is basic survival food. Wonderfully stocked bar, including an awesome variety of draft craft beer, was unavailable due to a lack of staff to man the bar. Overpriced room for what it is, but few options in Pullman.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. Don’t choose it because of the breakfast, you’ll do better by grabbing your own bagel, etc and eating in your room. Bar wasn’t open for us, which we missed.

The breakfast was extremely minimal, they were out of most food, the coffee was lukewarm, and they were out of creamer. There was just one salt and pepper shaker for the entire dining area to be shared. For what paid, I was extremely disappointed.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. But the walls are missing insulation. You could hear people talking in adjacent rooms. I could also hear the toilets flushing from the room above. If they could upgrade noise/ sound insulation it would be a much better accomodation.

Great Pullman Hotel!

We love staying at the Coast Hilltop Hotel when we pick up and drop off our son at school. The property has beautiful views! The staff and service have always been wonderful!
