There was trouble with our toliet in the first room, and then our 2nd room was not cleaned from the previous customers. The staff member was trying to be helpful and got us into a clean room. Everything turned out fine.

Nice for the price

This was a nice comfortable hotel to stay at. We lucked out and had a quiet floor for most of our stay. Walls are thin when we did have neighbors, but nothing too crazy other than loud talking. The room cleaners were excellent. They even made my daughter's bed that had all her stuff on it. Surprisingly they put everything back on the bed exactly how it was before the bed was made. Staff was great too.

It felt a bit old and pretty average. Nothing to rave about. The room was clean and the continental breakfast was adequate. The Wi-Fi was terrible and our tv cable went out completely on the last night. The linens were very rough and scratchy.

Great staff, not so great hotel

The staff was all very friendly. There was a maintenance issue in the room I reserved so I paid for a few room that I did not get. Also, their credit card system was down so that was a running problem. They were dealing with then the pool got closed for maintenance reasons so we didn’t get to use that either. The location is great, but the building is rundown and obviously they’re having maintenance challenges.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was good….the sheer curtains were missing from half of the window though. However the blackout curtains were there and worked fine. We went during an orientation event and honestly it was fairly quiet considering how busy it had to be! We never made it down to the breakfast, but it was offered so that’s a plus if you have time to get there!
