The property is within walking distance to our sons home. We stay at the Hilltop once or twice a year. Never have had a bad experience!

Exceeded expectations.

I was very impressed with our stay at the hotel. We were at the FFA state at WSU and the location was perfect. The breakfast was quick and easy, and the beds were one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a while—and I travel a lot! The room was immaculately clean, and the staff friendly. I highly recommend it.

Outdated, expensive and a motel 6 breakfast experience- actually Motel 6 offers more in the way of bread and drinks The description regarding city views are misleading The pool is cramped and outdated

Love the quiet of this place. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok. Very limited options and no cooked food other than the waffle. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Hotel smelled nice and clean.

This was not a cookie cutter hotel. It was a great reflection of the Pullman community. Lots of WSU memorabilia on display and displays of local history. I had a room with a view and would ask for that again. The staff was cheerful and helpful.

Stay Away

The staff is amazing and literally the only redeeming factor. The hotel is shabby, run down and the beds were so uncomfortable that we had to move rooms. I can’t recommend staying at a place where the owners clearly refuse to invest in their customer experience or their staff’s well being. It’s a poorly run business and the nightly rate was not commiserate with the quality.

The hotel is clean, but breakfast was not as good. There were few protein options, it was mostly sweet stuff. Also there were many times that breakfast items were out and no one would replace them, such as milk, yogurt or even coffee. I’ll not choose this hotel again if I have another choice.

The rooms and hotel are dated. It feels like everything creeks when you walk. The rooms arent sound proof so you can hear tvs when you walk by the room. If you need an affordable option it is clean and comfortable.
