Loved the vibe and the room was fantastic happy with presentation and enjoyed the space a lot Breakfast was fine but not impressive Gym was out of order from flooding but wasn’t aware until tried to go workout- should have been told upon check in Shower water pressure was low didn’t want to attempt washing my hair Staff was friendly, bar area was nice Overall great experience and would stay again for sure

I had a lovely stay here, and everything about my stay was wonderful (especially the oatmeal bar at breakfast!!) with one major exception. The lock on the door felt very unsafe, especially as a woman staying by myself. There was no deadbolt, nothing to make the door feel like it was truly locked from the inside. The handle on the outside doesn’t turn unless a code is entered, but once inside the room, the lock feels like a gust of wind would open it. I know Pullman is a pretty safe town, but I worry how easily a door could be kicked in from the outside, or how easily small children or pets could accidentally open it from the inside. Other than this safety issue, I did really enjoy the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the shower was lovely, and everything was nice and clean. I think updated locks for better safety would make this place a 100/10 for me.

Cute mid century vibe.Comfortable, clean with some cool areas. Want to gaze at the stars? visit the moon deck with firepits & a telescope. Want to play foos ball? A table right there with firepits & beautiful chandelier, outside! This will be where I stay when I’m visiting the nieces in Pullman.

The best part was the room was clean, and location was good for us. Bed took up the whole room. For us a smaller bed with more room around it would be better. We usually do stretches in the mornings and there was not enough room for that. I was going to exercise in work out area but even with the mats available the cement was to hard and cold. The parking was difficult and slick when frosty.

We stayed in November. The heater worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. We turned out drink chips in for a beer and a Jones soda. Both were delicious. They specialize in local. We didn't stay Saturday night, but saw that there was live music scheduled. The property was clean and bright - both brightly light and painted with bright, cheery colors. We usually stay at chain hotels like the Hampton. The McCoy is different. Our room was vintage-modern. It had a vintage vibe with the modern traveler in mind. In some ways, it felt like we had stepped back into the 1950's with the decor, but in other ways, we had all of the luxuries of today (HD TV, so many USB ports and outlets - even under the bathroom sink). They really did think of everything! There was a welcome packet on our bed when we got to our room that included lots of info about the hotel as well as two sets of ear plugs. I was a little nervous about the ear plugs, but we didn't need them. Our room was very quiet. However, the hotel is set up for community and gathering. We turn in early, so I could see maybe needing ear plugs if our neighbors or the rest of our party were still celebrating a football win into the night. We did not take part in the oatmeal bar breakfast, but there were so many options for toppers! It looked very yummy. The do have bikes you can rent, including a bicycle built for two! I fell in love with this hotel and highly recommend it. We will be staying at the Hotel McCoy again!
