No use of facilities I paid for No AC not happy

The hotel advertised Air conditioning in the room. They refused to allow me to use it. They blamed the inaccurate information on hotels.com I cancelled a further four night booking.

Great service, comfortable clean and good value -

We loved staying at this hotel and extended the stay several times. The service staff are friendly and always have a smile. The reception was very helpful to us. The rooms whilst a little dated now are comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The shower was excellent and the rooms serviced well daily with fresh sheets and towels. Great value for a stay in Korean Park right near the German Bakery.

Budget hotel for short stay

Location is good if visiting ashram. Wi-fi works well. Room has no microwave, fridge, cityview or daily cleaning as promised when you book ”executive room”.
