Shower water is either scolding hot or cold. Shower only drips out water. Toilet ran all the time. Staff never appeared happy. Adult only was a party poo most of the time. Language barrier was terrible most didn’t know English or anything about the resort. Not truly all inclusive. Well drinks and 1 tap beer was all the included. Can only drink at bars that are assigned to your villas name. Buffet was so so, lost the time cold food. Other pools you have access too as adult only are family and kids also. Over all would not return to this or any of Bahia Principe properties.

All exclusive??? I'm a beer drinker and all i had was presidente light is not a good beer and even lest went is from a barrel. I really can go with Presidente original and they don't offer it and steel a national beer but they don't have it for the gest. The one i like is Heineken or Corona but is for a price a bottle. Punta Cana has change a lot my friends

My experience was great! The room was a little dated. Wish check in was more descriptive by notifying us about the restaurants on premises so I could book early reservations, we still made reservations at the restaurants All the restaurants were amazing. The paties were awesome. Overall I had a great time!

Too many towels taking up space in pool and beach with no sitting there. No food or snacks in between main meals just cold burgers by the pool… buffet Food was same over and over. No sneeze guards in food area…beach was too far away… Dominican fiesta night the food was a snack and they charge u extra. Reservations for meals needed an app. I have been to many other resorts in 20 yrs but this one I will never visit again.
