This was a beautiful resort. I will coming back. Food and room were great! Bring enough cash to tip everyday or use the banks to take out pesos. Liciana Juan David amika What great people! The check in was bad. We did not get 2 doubles beds the first night, the the next day l, they wanted to leave us in the same room for another night. I had to explain in details so I could get priority in getting another room. Issue was fixed, entertainment staff were perfect and dining was amazing. Everyone was great except the front desk.

Bahia Principe Aquamarine was our first trip to the DR. We didn't know what to expect, but based on previous reviews, we thought it sounded good for an all-adult/inclusive place, and it did not disappoint. It's clean, safe, fun, and entertaining. Access to the pool and beach were easily accessible, given that they have golf cart-style shuttles throughout the resort. The food was amazing, but if you want to experience DR to it's fullest, I suggest booking DR tours which was provided to us by a booking agent (which I believe works through expedia) once we got there. We did no prior booking before our arrival. I highly recommend this place for first timers, especially since it's adults only.
