The hotel is beautiful, but too big. Our room was extremely far from the main lobby and the walk way was very dark. The food was average, at best. Always cold even in the speciality restaurants. The place is gorgeous, they spent tons of money on the decor but thr food was just ok. If you're into massive resorts, then this is the one for you. Again the resort is absolutely beautiful, but the food and drinks were just average.

I recently took a trip with my family and had a great experience overall. As soon as we checked in as a premium level guests, we Felt so good right away.definitely booking a premium level room is worth it. Special Thanks to Jesus, jesus was our host. He was very helpful and amazing. From making reservations to the restaurants and helping with every small detail. The resort itself is huge, with lots of pools and an amazing water park that's perfect for kids. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the beach. A lot of seaweeds and Bad smells. But aside from that, we had a fantastic time and made lots of great memories

The location is beautiful, the beach is very clean but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor service and lack of organization. Upon arrival, no clear information was provided, and we were left to figure everything out on our own. When I approached the workers for help, I was met with rudeness and treated as if I were a bother. The food was subpar—reused and served well past appropriate serving times, which raises serious concerns about food safety. Although I paid for the all-inclusive package, many things were not actually included. Several drinks and games required additional payment, which felt misleading. On day 2 We booked an excursion, but the security staff refused to let the van pick us up at the main entrance. We were forced to pay $10 for a taxi just to get from the front door to the resort gate, even though they had no problem allowing the van to drop us off afterward. The restaurants were chaotic and unclean, with staff fighting and yelling at each other, creating an unpleasant dining environment. Nothing was straightforward, and communication was poor throughout our stay. I recommend avoiding the steak house. Also, there was no privacy in the bathroom area. There is no door for the shower, and the opening faced the front door. Housekeeping walked in while I was showering, leaving me completely exposed. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay and would not recommend this resort

I went june 14-20, 2025. Overall good things: The hotel is huge, they do activities every night on the theater, they have some water sports included with you stay and others you can purchase, the customer service is really good, tipping can go a long way, the snack bar is open 24 hours and the food there is well prepared, the ladies cleaning the rooms and restocking the towels/mini bar are very helpful, the excursions representative in the hotel very friendly. Things I didn’t like: One of the rooms I was in the air didn’t work properly, it was hot , I kept calling maintenance but I guess the air was beyond repair, to be fair, after 3 day they offered to change the room but I didn’t want to go though the trouble since I had two rooms and wanted to keep them together, the other room was fine. The food in the buffet wasn’t the best one, they had a lot of choices but it stayed cold, even when they prepared the steak at the moment it would taste burnt maybe because the over use of the grill. The specialty restaurant would take forever for them to serve you. We ended up eating at the snack buffet, they had less choices, but way better. To be fair the hotel was so huge and so many people that probably was hard for the staff to keep on. The chairs around the pool were hard to get because of so many people, is better to go on a lower season and the check in forget about it, be prepared to be HOURS waiting to check in.
