There were limited dining options, only one buffet and two other restaurants open at any one time. The rooms are tiny, very few staff members speak any English, you have to pay for room service delivery. No snack options late night. Sub par entertainment, very poor customer service

Floors are very slippery not only around the pool. I felt close to the lobby and 2 staff members had to help me i was dried and sober normally walking when i felt to the ground. I am very disappointed that the supervisor and manager didn’t care to apologize they ignored me and told me i should be more care. They didn’t even confirm with 2 members that helped me,my stainly cup flew and the lid broke and was told by the supervisor i didn’t needed to bring it. No food variety and room keys stop working in the middle of my stay.

Lamentablemente fui a cojer stress :-(. En mi room el toilet tapao. Me cambiaron a otro room y no habia agua caliente (aunq despues lo relation). Pero el tener q estar complaining me estrezo!!. La comida del Buffett “La ventana” horrible y para el como la comida fria. Los restaurantes a la carta excellent y el servio al clients muy bueno.. Para mi gusto el resort es muyyyyy aburrido. El entretenimiento es muy flojo. No vuelvo a ese lugar. Mucho dinero para no estar compacts!!😞

The food was great and the water park is amazing. The personal are very friendly. The only thing I was surprise is that in bedroom refrigerator there was no Presidente Beer.

Overall property was well maintained. Pool closes at 7pm wish it was open at least one or two hours longer. This would help folks that want to swim when sun is down. Also, could not go to ocean because of seaweed. Entertainment was good in evenings though.

No me gusto, para mi gusto muy ABURRIDO!!. Pagué un dineral para Cojer stress con el toilet tapao, luces de baño quemafa y agua de la ducha fria. Es lamentable q un resort tan bonito sea tan aburrido con tan poco entretenimiento. El Buffett HORRIBLE con la comida fria. Los restaurantes a la carta y los empleados en Anatolia’s son EXCELLENTES!!. Los snacks bar para mi gusto le doy un 0 de 10. Las comida fria y la carne de Los hamburgers sin nada de sazon😞. EN FIN MI VACACIONES FUERON HORTIBLES EN ESE RESORT. Tanto $$$ para no quedar complains y por mas q me queje no hicieron lo posible para ayudarme. By the way MIs habitaciones eran 3001, 3110, 311 y 3112. Frente a la piscina!!.

The property is the biggest attraction! It is beautiful, from the driveway to the beach. The pool is huge and gorgeous— it curves and has a bar at the beach end. There’s another bar around midpoint and severs along the way. Little bridges make it easy to navigate. The flowers were in full, brilliant bloom (June). And there’s a resident parakeet!

We had the best time Luz Mary and Katherine that worked in the Venetian were absolutely great. They were very attentive, very nice. The resort was extremely accommodating the org room was on the second floor and far from the restaurants i could not walk all that distance nor climb 2 flight of stairs and Israel took care of getting my room switched absolutely great experience

I am just leaving the property after a weekend stay with a family group of 16 people. The hotel is recently renovated and all areas are very nice and clean. Rooms are updated and very comfortable beds. There is some big room for improvement on the service given the following situation we experienced: - We arrived late, due to some car issues on the way, and there was one person attending the counter which was not very welcoming called Whagner. There was no food available only room service at a charge of $10USD per service and the counter was not much help. -There was caos every time we needed a table at the buffet and they did not look ready for the amount of guests at the hotel. -No premium alcohol of any kind even at the VIP Lounge. -At the time of check-out, the bell man kept our check-out slips and we were held at the entrance for about 20 minutes before the guard could confirm that they had the ticket. Frank at the door was very nice and willing to help. All this said, there is alot of potential at the hotel to be premium if wanted, but we left with a bitter taste of lack of service and organization. Hope this helps!

I have to say that we've been to the Dominican Republic several times, but this has definitely been our best stay. The hotel was incredible in every way: the service, the food, the security, the entertainment, etc. The animation staff were also very good, mentioning the bar coco with alvin, rodrigo, juan velos, ander, cristofer, pedro, edward, ramon, wilbin and many others I don’t remember names. Thanks for all guys, I will definitely recommend the hotel

We had a great family vocation with the family of 4. Kids club, kids activities, dinning options amazing, pool is just fabulous. No need to wait in lines for food or drinks. Club access was great option as well. Only one think could be better is sushi rolls is old and not fresh in Umi restaurant. We had great expirience everywhere in the resort. thank you!
