The best home rental property
The property is as described. Beautiful home! Gated safe upper class community per the locals. Located in Punta Cana Village right by the airport, the shops, grocery store and mall. Which was great because we were able to take the golf cart to these areas. The amenities and details of the house were next level. Melida the maid was outstanding the reason I would return again to this property. She was pleasant, made sure she didnât feel like she was intruding. Made us fresh coffee everyday, and sheâs a heck of a cook. Makes you feel like youâre in a hotel because our beds were done daily. Just amazing. The worst part of the experience and the only issue I had was the check-in process. One tip, make sure you have WiFi. I could not communicate with the host unless it was through the VRBO app which was a challenge due to the internet, itâs slow and they had to let me borrow WiFi and the security so I can try to check in and get on the Vrbo site. The GPS took us to the wrong entrance of the gated community making it a challenge to get there. Once I got the phone number of the maid Melida instantly it reduced my anxiety of getting to the property. She was able to meet us at the gate and take us to the property. I recommend getting Melidas phone number in advance to avoid what happened to me so you have someone to communicate over the phone. Other than that this property is a 10 and I would come back again!!
