The room and the property is outdated and needs updating. The jet tub in the room was so discolored that I thought it was dirty and told my family not to touch it. The bathroom smelled like sewage after every shower. The smell then made the entire room reek, which made it difficult to relax in the room. The shower leaked and that was reported four times before someone finally checked and said he'd be back in the morning to fix it, but we didn't see him again, so we had to keep requesting towels to put on the floor to stop the water from pooling and creating a slip hazard. Many times housekeeping only made the bed, but didn't restock the mini bar, didn't provide face cloths, and didn't empty the trash. I would not return.

Ha sido una bella experiencia. El hotel es muy bonito, moderno y limpio. Puedes visitar todos los hoteles cercanos con mucha facilidad e incluso utilizar todas sus facilidades y restaurantes. Hay transporte en todo momento en diversos puntos de los hoteles para recorrerlos con facilidad. Al reservar con Expedia nos dieron un pase de VIP y tuvimos acceso a todo con mucha facilidad, incluso pudimos entrar a un restaurante sin reservar. La comida en los restaurantes es fenomenal. El servicio es fantástico y realmente es el mejor hotel que he visitado en RD. Los parques acuáticos son muy buenos para los niños. Tuvimos una suite con vista al castillo, gracias a la reserva por Expedía, amamos nuestra experiencia.

My family amd I included our child love thos resort, we had an extremely great time and the staff was absolutely wonderful, i would to thank Juan, Disney, Yohannna, Kennedy, Jhoan, luis at the bar our cleaning lady, the waitresses at the restaurants and at the buffet they were absolutely wonderful and friendly and helpful with all our needs.Thank you guys for such a great time and we will definitely visit this resort again and again, the service was priceless.

The staff are excellent Specially Fernando who is the cleaning staff in the buffet and he helped and assist me with my Daugher. He is a kind, friendly and professional person. All staff are kind and proffessional and I Would like to come back again. The only bad thing is that my room Had cockroaches in the restroom.
