The best parts of the trip were the people. Dominican people love kids and most of them tried to make our son feel good and played with him so he had a great time. Our room was cleaned very well. One weird part we noticed was that they didn’t really bother cleaning the stairs going up and down to our floor. We literally saw the exact same dead bugs in the same spot for the entire time there. That was odd as the room cleaning was great. The best restaurants were Il Capricio and Le Gourmet. Great food and service. The water park was lots of fun for our son and they had a few foam pool parties in the main pool, those were great fun. Entertainment was good, although one negative experience for us was that when they had the kids parties, the music was way too loud. My Apple watch registered a peak of 107dB - sound at this levels will cause ear damage in minutes. I had to move our son away from the speakers as I was trying to protect his hearing. Overall we enjoyed our time and would recommend this resort. It’s not perfect but nothing is, and we hope to be back one day.

From check out to check in, I can honestly say they have the friendliest and most helpful workers I’ve encountered at a resort. Their app made ordering room service and concierge a breeze! The room always clean when we came back from our day. The vendors there are not pushy at all and respect when you tell them you’re not interested. Also, this is a great resort especially if you have kids and you can access the other Bahia hotels pools and buffets as well which was nice- provided variety.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Juan and Cruz from family concierge made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Juan helped me get immediate help when my wrist band would not work to let me in my room. Excellent staff! Resort was also amazing with the kids activities. Best family resort I've been to so far.

Our stay was amazing, the staff was so nice and professional, Santa was the person who helped me at checking, very nice person, she was willing to help me with all my questions and concerns, I traveled with my parents and kids and she helped us with everything, she is one of the persons, I met at fantasia that would me make come back again, I want to mention gafitas too from the restaurant maiko he was a great guy and made us feel so comfortable and the food he cooked us was more than delicious.

En agosto de este año fuimos con mi familia a este hotel pensando que iban a se unas excelentes vacaciones y tuvimos Una mala experiencia . Las instalaciones en algún momento fueron bonitas pero se nota la falta de mantenimiento, el servicio es malo el 90% de los trabajadores cuando le pedías algo todo era de mala manera , la barra que está en el lobby los bartender te atienden con actitud , los servicios que ofrecen de tour y taxi son una porquería ,quise hacer reservas para los restaurantes del hotel el día que llegue y ya no había más reservas en esa semana y luego uno pasaba por los restaurantes y estaban vacíos ,una construcción que están haciendo justo enfrente de la habitación continuamente haciendo ruido de mañana hasta la tarde , las playas sucias , la personas que manejan los golf car son imprudentes van rápidos y no les importa si uno va con niños y alguno con bebés , discutí con uno por qué casi se cayó mi hijo de carro por doblar fuerte , un desastre todo , no lo recomiendo fue una mala experiencia , tenía el servicio de transporte que ofrece el hotel se retrasó como media hora y casi pierdo mi vuelo de regreso

This hotel was a great stay for my family 5 as it focuses on the children mostly. The pool and beach area were great, very clean and the staff service i experienced was A1. Things I would like to make notice. Smoking in common areas is permitted and made my evening uncomfortable. The buffet’s food was good especially if you go right when they open. They do however need to upgrade their air conditioning, the heat was intolerable. As we were Expedia vip guest. We received 2 Expedia vip bbqs which was very nice, food was fresh and it was in a refreshing area. Rooms were decent. I stayed in a double room with a crib and opened sofa bed. Lots of walking space even with all the extras. I do want to mention the double beds are full size not queen. All in all I would recommend this hotel to family with children age 1-13 and ok with smoking. I want to give a huge shout out to Juan Jose from family concierge and Orlando from our romantic dinner. Our stay was extra special thanks to them and their attention to details.

Food selections were repetitive. We basically had the same food everyday we stayed. All restaurants are “fully booked” for dinner during the 4 nights we were so we had no option but to go to the buffet. We were told to book dinner reservation through the app and the day we went, we checked but everything was booked until our last night so we couldn’t try any other food. On top of that we were supposed to have a room upgrade as a VIP, which we didn’t. It was nice environment. People were friendly but I didn’t feel like a “VIP” treatment was provided. We received the same service as others. I don’t know if we paid extra for the “VIP” service, if we did, I think we should be reimbursed. But anyways, it was nice.

Had a fantastic stay and recommend especially for those with small kids. Yohanna at front desk was especially great for check in and reservations for check in. The golf cart situation is easy to tour the entire Bahia resort. Food was fine I found the buffets were better than the a la carte. The staff was very very friendly very hospitable. My only feedback on last day on the grand side I tried to get towels 10am and they never had any for four hours plus. Pretty unacceptable to be out of towels pool side so early in morning My kid LOVED the pirate show great entertainment for kids

OMG i dont have words to express how excellent was my stay! Since arrival my family and I were treated as royals. Since check in I felt special! Thank you to the staff in IL Paradiso that they celebrate our Anniversary, the room service that went above and beyond when we needed something, everyone was spectacular! I will return soon.
