It started okay and then the water came. This was day 3. I called no answer overnight saw the guy outside the next morning he made attempt to fix. Day 4 night is the video. I showed the pictures to attendant at front desk. He said go to Guest Service. The line was short however people was booking their intinary for their stay never got waited on as we we’re headed to the Airport.

This was a beautiful property. Cesar was our concierge and he was so unbelievably helpful and made all our reservations and even went above and beyond to make our stay special. Everything was great. We’ll definitely be back!

Cesar was our host and he is very good. Also, Yoselin in maintenence 91 was great, she did a nice job and suprised us with a heart made out of rose petals for us. We didn't expect. This is your best choice in the punta cana area.

We were at Grand Palladium palace during Christmas week. Overall we liked our stay. Nice property with the private beach and lush gardens. Cesar at hotel concierge was very helpful, he was our single point person for any question or assistance. He helped us reserving dinner for 3 nights at different Al Carte restaurants. We have booked 2 junior suites with ocean view. We didn’t get to enjoy the views that much from our patio due to unpredicted rain during our stay. Many food options, rooms were clean (we didn’t like the bathroom setup though). DJ or music nights in the lobby are great. Overall very lively place. Thanks to Cesar for taking care of us during our stay.

We really enjoyed the grand palladium palace. It's a beautiful facility. The people were great. Food was great. Especially the a la carte restaurants. A big benefit of booking through Expedia was our concierges Cesar and Rafael, who were able to assist with the restaurant reservations, and entertainment options, as well as just checking in on us. The rooms were nice, and cool enough. Drinks were good. The lobby bars and hemmingway were the best. Drinks at the pool bars were just OK. The one drawback is the vendors on the property were too aggressive. Had to say no many times before they'd go away. I'd definitely go back at some point.

Didn’t like the fact that it was so many random cats walking around the property. Guests were feeding the cats so I’m sure they will never leave the property as long as they are fed. Cesar was a an excellent concierge!

People didnt seem to be cheery. They weren't friendly to us unless be bought a share. No one seemed to want to help us. I loved the beach. The food was good in all the restaurants. The meals were good in the buffet
