The bathroom needed updating, toilet was running, shower fixtures shown visible rust, sink soap dispenser became unglued. TV didn’t have channels available upon arrival, and there was no tv remote. Room service menu needs updating. Food was not as advertised. No shuttle service for different destinations around the property, it was quite a walk from Riu party back to main lobby.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was gorgeous had a blast at the riu parties as well as their night club on the resort ! I was highly dissapointes by the food and them having very few actual doninican options i feel they need to bring some more authenticity into the food less americanized would make rhe experience rhat much more special !
