There were rooms without air conditioning and the last day of our trip the water was shut off for 10 hours. It made the bathrooms disgusting and you couldn’t shower or wash off sand. I will also have to say the food was just okay but the staff at the buffet and the swim up bar were amazing!! It made our dining and pool experience better!

Nice staff and good food for the most part. Kulunarium restaurant is excellent. Breakfast buffet is also terrific. Best jerk chicken I’ve ever had. American restaurant and Asian buffet were okay. Rooms and the property are extremely clean. Unless you speak Spanish there is a language barrier in many instances. Overall a nice place
