We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the Majestic Hotels to anyone.Mostly of the stuff was nice and helpful but some was not very friendly or helpful, and we had to wait a long time to get our requests attended to.They didn’t help much with our big issue-My husband forgot his expensive sunglasses very early in the morning in the lobby when we left for excursion and 15 min later I called and they said didn’t found nothing,no cameras around no much assistance about the problem.Except that accident we loved the Resort and planing to get back next vacation.

This was an amazing trip! Their hospitality is made my family and I feel like we were family. I have no complaints. The resort is gorgeous and very clean. Everyone from housekeeping to the ground keepers worked so hard to ensure everyone had an excellent experience! And we did. Our Butler Agapito, went above and beyond. He honored all our request and maintained communication with us throughout the trip. The Bartenders Leandro and Minverva were the best in the resort. They made the best Mai Thais. They ensured that everyone was having a great time! Be sure to go to the adult side and ask them to make you Mai Thais....You'll thank me! This is a beautiful country ❤️, please be sure if you go to respect the culture and treat everyone with respect. We are in someone's home! Thank you to all the staff!😍

Beautiful property! The staff was so friendly and thoughtful. Food was delicious, buffets had so many options. We stayed in “Club” section and truly felt pampered! Resort wasn’t crowded which was great too. Only complaint was room smelled “musty” but keep in mind it’s incredibly humid there!

We had an amazing stay! The staff was so accommodating, helpful and nice. Our butler Enrique was excellent! He made us feel comfortable right when we got there and checked in on us everyday. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The food was great, we ate at the rodeo grill for most dinners and lunch, they had good variety. The pool was fun and nice to have a swim up bar. We really enjoyed our relaxing stay here.

We booked an ocean view room for 4, but to find out during check-in that these rooms usually only accommodate 2; but the site does not state this. They offered to deliver a queen bed or 2 twin beds to our room so that our 2 teenagers would not have to share a king bed with us. It took a total of 5+ hours to get this right. This is after multiple calls and going to guest services. After an exhausting trip with a 2am wake-up call, we all just wanted to go to bed. At 8:22pm, they were finally delivering the 2nd twin bed. The resort was nice enough to surprise us with champaign and food 2 days in, but we had booked an all day excursion, so who knows how long the food was out and all ice had melted. Greatly appreciated, but it still fell flat. Nice resort. Great pool. Good food. Service hates life with the exception of a handful who we loved.

I can't say enough about this property. Just beautiful. It exceeded my expectations. My husband and i celebrated our anniversary and from beginning to the last day was fantastic. The property is huge and beautiful. Tons of bars and restaurants and the beach is a stone throw away. Everyone was kind and accommodating. Our suite was amazing with two private outdoor spaces, completed with a jacuzzi, full bar, our private butler, wonderful housekeeping staff, access to a VIP club. A spa, a chapel, nighty entertainment, private dinner by the beach.This is one of my favorite places and would be packed and ready to return in ten minutes. Darel our butler is the best there is. He went above and beyond from the moment we made contact till the moment we got on the bus to leave. Our pick up was with Gomajestictours.com. The moment we got to the counter it was pleasant. Apart from the language barrier which was very few, and our room getting lost after a few margaritas..haha, this was a beautiful vacation. Highly recommend

Staff was amazing and nice. Food was great. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoy the perks of The Majestic Club. The SPA is a must. Enrique our butler was great. He went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time and were pleased with everything. Definitely we will be going back!
