Room was great! Facilities were great! Staff was the biggest disappointment of my whole stay. Food was okay but no options for less sugars. Licor was not top brands Entertainment groups were poor not a lot of activities and the staff in some activities i even found them disrespectful.

The rooms, staff amenities and food were outstanding. I would highly recommend this all inclusive resort without hesitation. The only downside was our butler service, not sure what he was supposed to do other than book reservations at the restaurants. We did ask and basically that is what he said he does. Lol
