Property is is great. I went with family and siblings and wanted to be on “their side”. I immediately am told I’m being upgraded for free to the adult side. After explaining I don’t want that, I get told that the original king room on booked in the family side is now no longer available because they already changed my room to the upgrade. The only available room was 2 double beds. So I had to take the room on the non family side. This took 2 hours. When my family arrived as I was finally shown my room we hurried to inform my parents and my siblings what was going to happen. Luckily I had to deal with the drama and not them. Except my brother was told the complete opposite. There was no 2 double bed rooms available. They could wait a night and switch rooms from the king to the 2 double beds the next day which they did. The room had no ac and no hot water and they did nothing to rectify it. It was hot outside, hot inside and miserable with no AC in your room.

Service is outstanding, rooms are large and clean. A/C works well and is the beds are comfortable. Customer service is excellent, everyone is there you answer questions and help you find your way. Internet was solid the whole trip. Transport to and from airport, excursions booked easily with rides found by the resort. Property is well maintained, clean and room cleaning is great. Flavours buffet, La Gourmand and Japanese restaurants are the best. Towels are fresh and clean every day- beach towels the same and very accessible everywhere. Overall a 9.7 out of 10. Would highly recommend based on service and cleanliness.

I truly enjoyed the special treatment from the butler, it made the stay feel extra memorable. The nightly shows were so much fun, and the entire property was impressively clean. I also loved having so many beautiful pools to enjoy. I will definitely be returning!

We travel for my birthday to Punta Cana every year. We usually stay at Majestic Elegance. In the past our butler service is covered by Melvin. This year is was a totally different person who was pretty much never available to us. The whole 7 days there we saw him twice, once when we arrived and the other about 3 days into our trip. 3 other staff members helped made our stay worth the money.. 2 of them worked at the buffets & steak house, & the other was the poolside waitress. Their names are Jose, Juan & Marilania. The servive they provided was amazing! They help my wife with setting up a surprise birthday dinner & brunch, something the butler was supposed to help with but never came through. Hopefully Melvin will be available next year! 🙏🙏

The Majestic Elegance has beautiful grounds that are well kept and very clean. Beautiful rooms with comfortable bed mattresses and furniture. Great Beachfront Rooms with amazing beach views. Excellent service from our Butler Peter and Club Bar Staff. Great restaurants and good food. Lots of seaweed but that is Mother Nature and they try to clean it. Overall a great 10 day stay with approximately 85 family and friends creating beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return. ❤️

This was my 3 time to the Elegance. We will not be back. SOME of the staff are amazing! Daniella in guest services, she was wonderful. Food and beverage team also deserve recognition. Yoel, Franklin, and Carlos were the food and beverage highlight! I made all plans for this hotel one week prior to arrival. Spa, Dinner reservations, nothing was documented when we arrived. Obscene music being played in the family section at the pool it was horrific and disturbing. Curse word after curse word! Swim out rooms- all guest seem to walk through our private swim out area. Kids running through our area to get to their friends next door. We asked to me moved to adult only but no rooms were available as we had 2 swim outs. Food is lacking from 2019 and 2023. We will be going back to Mela properties, paradise move to cap Cana properties. So long majestic!
