Hotel was nice, food was good, staff was not friendly. Had a handful of friendly workers, not just our experience, was talked about by other guests as well. Very pushy to get you to sign up to for timeshare sales pitch. Restaurants reservations were very limited when booking, yet each restaurant was 25-30% full. Room service was not available unless you booked the day before. 24 hour room service was not available most time frames, due to reservations times all being booked just liked he dinners.

I was blessed in my trip with my guardian angel Aly. She’s a staff member of maintenance and she really helped us with everything, advices, decorations for my beautiful surprise with balloons and a delicious cake in our room, even last minutes inconvenient that we had, she was there for us. We had a wonderful time. The staff and everyone who works at Royalton treated me and my husband beautifully. Everything was paradise except that when we got there the. checking process was more than a hour. Then we got tricked into a timeshare presentation we didn’t want or need. Wasted precious time on our first official day at the resort. I had to stop the presentation full stop because it was taking away from my experience. But once we got out of the presentation my husband and J enjoyed everything about the resort. We recommend 10/10.

Adoni went on and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed, booked all restaurants for , introduced to Expedia representative and even booked transportation for us for the airport. Great entertainment at night and during the day at the pool. Great customer service from all the employees. My favorites are Angela whom I see as a future manager of the property or restaurant and we also liked Joan aka Vanya from Score Bar.

The hotel was beautiful overall. Adoni and the staff made this experience much better, handling issues that occurred very quickly and by taking care of all of our requests. We would recommend this hotel to anyone mainly for the staff and concierge service. There were other issues that weren’t ideal but they were handled so well by the staff.

I love the vibe team amazing and friendly victor is very good and helpful. All the bar staff are lovely and helpful and nice. The room we got given was not great but got moved much cleaner and nicer. But alarm going off every night is not the best when you’re away and trying to rest. And reception not helpful really with this. To book in restaurants is a nightmare. But food in buffet is lovely.
